    I was actively working out 6 days a week on top of an already active lifestyle (hiking/biking/etc). We moved remotely for the winter and I needed an option for home workouts as I am limited on days I can spend in the gym. I was skeptical on how the app would work and if it would be challenging enough. I am on week 2 of the burn challenge and I am surprised at how sore I am from week 1! I also enjoy the period tracking and reminding me that it is normal to have low energy during certain “phases.” I also really love the detailed descriptions to perfect form as this is often an area people struggle in. Nice work ladies! Loving the app 🧡💛

    Some workouts are labeled as shoulder workouts and contain only back exercises. Workouts are way too high volume- like 8 different exercises in one workout plus 20 min cardio machines on top of that. Exercises within a workout are redundant- like basically two different versions/modifications of the same movement.

    Picked an easy did a mile on the treadmill to warm up. I can and will do better push ups! Good first workout for awhile ♥️

    Literally the best health and fitness app for woman!!! IT 👏 HAS 👏 EVERYTHING!!!!! The workout options are amazing super flexible and accommodating to what ever environment or situation your in. The food/tracking ability is so easy and motivating to see your progress and your accountability. AND the period tracker I’m dead so helpful! I have not been super active on the community feature but I know it’s empowering. This is a must have app!

    I use this occasionally but will using it full time for most of, if not all my workouts! It has amazing workouts for anybody (all inclusive for all levels) and you can track your food if wanted. It’s a major plus that you can track your period too, I had about 2 apps to help me track my period and it’s nice to have one now! Overall I love the app and it’s easy to use too. It’s one of the best fitness apps for women out there!! 🫶🏼💕💪🏼

    I’m a girl who used to work out a lot in my early twenties then stopped when I broke my ankle and gained a lot of weight. Now I’m in my early thirties and have been struggling to find a good app or routine to use that actually works for me and doesn’t break the bank. This app has everything in it for women and I am so grateful to Heidi for creating this app and creating content on her YouTube/social media with so much helpful information. Highly recommend to all women!! One of the things I absolutely love is how easy it is to use the app, but that you can modify your workouts and you can pick in home or gym. Love this app!!
