I love this application I love the stories and everything but that they have made it paid to send messages I did not like it, I feel that what there was before the option of being able to use different AIs was quite good so I feel that if you wanted the best experience I had it but if you wanted a normal and free experience you could continue using the chats normally

I’ve been using this site for a good two years now and they just absolutely screwed over the Free users. They took away the Character/Image/video generation that only costed energy to use and now it costs Credits to do, now they took away the Free chat model for the free users. Not worth a dime to spend on.

Charged me 130 bucks after I tried the trail and immediately cancelled it like 10 minutes later because I couldn’t do what I wanted and right when I cancelled it it charged me for a year GIVE ME MY MONEY THIEVES

Please update this because this app is causing me problems like logging me out when I exit out, not deleting my creations that I selected for deletion this is really annoying and I am about to cancel my subscription when I signed up I didn’t expect the app to take away the feature that can edit photos with the bot. Fix your app or I will leave and never return I am a writer and I use ai for creative purposes only nothing else. 😐🤦🏾‍♂️

No different from free AI and the same guard rails. No sense in paying for features, mostly free on Gemini and ChatGPT

SeaArt charged my credit card today. I never registered, never subscribed, and never authorized any payment. I have no order number because I never placed an order. Getting help is impossible. There is no support phone number, and the chat is a bot that repeats templates and demands an order ID I cannot have. No human agent ever appeared. Other reviews describe exactly the same pattern: unexpected charges, refunds refused with a “digital goods are non-refundable” line, and an automated wall instead of a solution. The amount is small, but the principle matters: this company takes money from the cards of people who do not even have an account with them. I am recovering it through my bank as an unauthorized transaction and reissuing my card. If this happens to you, skip their chat and go straight to your bank.

If I could rate zero stars I would I can open the app but when I go to do any task it says “Network Connection error” no matter what I try to do I get that message mind you I’ve tried WiFi and my cellular data which is Verizon and I get the same message so don’t be fooled like I was don’t buy anything extra on this app because you’ll be stuck

The update is terrible. My Google account got logged out of the app, and now I can’t sign back into it. They also removed the chats button from the bottom of the app, which is incredibly inconvenient.

Maybe improve the ai language system

Had an account on here for a few months till it was banned for no unexplained reason and I lost all my artwork….. I made another one and now it wants me to pay more for a subscription and censors or removes almost ALL my creations even though there not NSFW or adult content. This app is a scam and uses weak engines!!!!!
