  • Formal Complaint – Unresolved Unauthorized Charges and Lack of Documentation

    Hi Pixi Team, I have to say that my experience with Pixi’s customer service has been extremely disappointing. Pixi has charged my credit card more than $200 for a subscription that I have repeatedly stated I do not recognize signing up for, and despite asking your team at least five times to provide the documentation showing that I authorized the original subscription, you have still failed to provide it. I have specifically requested the original subscription confirmation, the confirmation email you claim was sent to me, the original invoice, transaction records, and documentation supporting the authorization of the subscription. Instead of providing those records, your team directed me to a billing portal that did not work for me. I followed the instructions using the exact email address you confirmed was associated with the account, yet I never received the login email required to access the records. I informed your team of this and asked you to send the documentation directly. That still has not happened. You have repeatedly told me that your system shows an account was created and payment information was entered. What you have not provided is the evidence I have repeatedly requested showing that I was the person who authorized it. I also did not utilize the Pixi service during the months for which I was charged. So, after numerous emails, the situation remains: * I have been charged more than $200 for a subscription I dispute authorizing. * Pixi has not provided the original confirmation email it claims was sent to me. * Pixi has not provided the requested documentation supporting my authorization. * The billing portal I was directed to did not provide me access to the records. * Despite all of this, Pixi has refused to reimburse the disputed charges. This is an unacceptable customer service experience. I am documenting this experience publicly because my repeated attempts to obtain something as basic as proof of the transaction Pixi claims I authorized have gone unresolved. Perhaps this complaint will finally result in someone at Pixi properly reviewing the case and providing the information I have been requesting from the beginning. Pixi still owes me $210.33 in disputed charges, and I am once again requesting either the documentation establishing my authorization of the original subscription or reimbursement of those charges. I look forward to seeing whether this complaint finally receives the appropriate attention. Renata

  • Doesn’t deliver and impossible to cancel

    I wanted to use this to create some realistic mockups of our house as we’re preparing to do some work to it. It never delivered in the way the ads showed. Now I have a pro subscription I’m unable to cancel, and didn’t get a heads up it was going to renew. It doesn’t show up on my subscription list and the app has basically no way to receive help so I’m going to have to dispute the charge. Don’t waste your time or money!

    The app presented itself as one that’s good for seeing different hairstyles on yourself but my god it’s terrible, the hair looks totally fake, it has very little customization which is unreal. The only good part is that it doesn’t change your face like other AI’s do but besides that it’s unusable . Do not download for looking at different hairstyles and j will be deleting this IMMEDIATELY!!

    Very non-receptive to direct requests. I use AI daily in my work environment and can tell you this is definitely not worth the money when it comes to image creation, and following directions.

    UPDATE v.2: I hope I have figured out how to cancel. I redownloaded the app, went to settings, contact us, subscribed through webpage (not sure how I did that, ok), get the billing.stripe.com link and cancel from there. I hope this helps someone! UPDATE: I was charged again 4/20/26! How do you cancel this app??!? I cancelled this app on 2/14/26 however my bank account was charged on 3/19 $39.99.
