It keeps saying device requires attestation, and won’t let me login. What does that even mean?

It makes me put my email in and then password but when I login it’s saying it’s wrong . Idk I feel like this is just another way for us to not talk to our loved ones

They need to fix that there’s no way I can only have one contact on my corrlinks

I have been logging onto this site since they have started with Illinois dept Of correction. And it was working perfectly and for the last week, I’ve been getting a message that I’ve never seen before. I don’t have a new phone. All I did was updated my iPhone like always. The message that is telling me is "This device requires attestation". I had to research it and there’s nothing different on my phone so now I can’t even log into this account to send messages and I have over $30 worth of money on here and now it won’t let me in. please fix this problem.

When I first downloaded the app it was working perfectly fine . The next day after that until now it has been acting up. I’m not getting responses sent to me, the person I’m writing not getting my responses . So we both have to check and see what time the last messages we received was to make sure we’re not missing anything and then retyping the missed messages. Do better .!

Absolute trash, do better

The app has constant connection issues, does not receive all messages, there’s no customer support , and there’s no response when sending in a ticket for a issue I wish they would switch back to the old company this one sucks

If I could give 0 stars I would I logged out and now it won’t let me log back in stated I have to many devices on my account which is not true I have spent too much money not to be able to connect with my loved one, the support doesn’t work no phone number and redownloading the app doesn’t help don’t waste your money

They are stealing money by not sending messages to inmates as well as blocking some of the messages they send as well!! They are getting over on families every single day

not receiving messages that are being sent to them is there a Customer Service number that I can contact
