Whenever I try to open the app, the policy thing pops up but I can’t do anything once it there.

The app advertises free access, but when I attempted to generate videos, I was confronted with extraordinarily long waiting times — approximately two days — unless I paid to move ahead in the queue. So I paid. Then I purchased additional credits, spending approximately $50 on tokens, only to discover that the real problem wasn’t waiting time. The software repeatedly failed to follow basic instructions. My first video turned out well, which encouraged me to continue. Unfortunately, what followed was a succession of costly, frustrating failures. Characters delivered dialogue assigned to other characters. Unrequested third and fourth characters appeared in scenes. One character began speaking Russian without being instructed to do so. Even when I explicitly requested NO DIALOGUE, the software generated speech and movements I never asked for. These are not minor artistic imperfections. They are fundamental failures to follow instructions. The software can produce impressive animation, which makes these failures even more frustrating. What good is realistic movement if the wrong character delivers the dialogue, unwanted characters appear, and simple instructions are ignored? Every failed generation consumes credits. Every attempt to correct the software’s mistakes costs more money and more time. The customer effectively pays to troubleshoot a product that should have been properly tested before release. And the worst loss isn’t the $50. It’s the hours of wasted work, the disappointment, and the destruction of creative momentum. I also question why Apple features an application with such serious reliability problems and a pricing structure that, in my experience, encourages repeated spending without delivering usable results. If this technology isn’t ready to follow basic instructions reliably, it shouldn’t be marketed as a dependable creative production tool. My recommendation: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP IN ITS CURRENT STATE. Fix the fundamental problems, stop charging customers for generations ruined by the software’s own failures, and deliver a product that actually follows instructions. Until then, this is an expensive exercise in frustration, not a reliable filmmaking tool.

Can’t even get to the app. When you open it has a terms you have to agree to but there is no way to do that.
