    My bridge partner just changed to a new phone: from iPhone SE to iPhone 17e. She purchased her new phone at the APPLE STORE in the BREA MALL. When she requested to transfer the saved phone numbers in her old iPhone SE to the new iPhone 17e, they gave her hard time asking her where she purchase her old phone and when, etc… My friend is a retired professor from Cal State Fullerton. She is NOT dumb! The person who sold the iPhone 17 to Wendy, my bridge partner, adamantly stated he CANNOT transfer the phone numbers from her old iPhone to the new iPhone “BECAUSE” she could not remember when she purchased her old phone. She should have asked the “helper’s” name so that I could complain directly to the APPLE HQ! Wendy felt she was being mistreated because of her age (she is mid 80’s) and felt discouraged and sad… She had her old phone (iphone SE)for a long time . Now that she finally decided to upgrade to the newest model (iPhone 17e), the APPLE STORE “EXPERT”cannot transfer the saved phone number on the old iPhone to the newest model APPLE (iPhone 17e) that he just sold her AT THEIR STORE??????? What type of service are we expected to receive from the APPLE STORE in BREA MALL?

    The app constantly generates inadequate or incorrect videos using your credits and then tries to charge you to get extra credits or upgrade to an annual plan.

    I was not aware: If you purchase credits let’s say 100k ($250 subscription) and then you cancel, because you don’t need that every month (just for this one project).. then let’s say you had 11k credits leftover.. well.. Those credits do not roll over and the credit balance resets to whatever existing plan you are subscribed to, if you are not subscribed, it resets to the free version which is 100 credits. In my case.. I was not aware of this business model and I lost (11k of unused credits). This is not clear in their app (let alone in the pay $250 subscription button they’ll take your money but don’t make your aware of the unused credits model) I had to go through stress, frustration and hurdles to find this out. Why? Because theirs email/customer support is VERY bad, no one responds. This is my only reason for the 3 stars. I understand the business model, I have no issues with it. What is extremely frustrating → they don’t make this VERY clear in the app. People need to know this.
