Would be great to see all bags at once not one at a time. Also app is freezing up.

Will charge you before the 14 days. Impossible to get out of the subscription. Non- existing customer service. They are the worst to deal with!!!!

I’ve got 2 Apple air tags and I pay nothing to use them. I’m not going to pay $139 for this air tag. It was free with my order so I’m not losing any money.

They automatically charged my credit card for annual subscription even though I never authorized it. Had to waste 40 min on the chat and on the phone to finally get it cancelled.

I have a total of 7 of these tags and have only been able to get 2 of them to connect to the app. Be careful in purchasing these.

I ordered the bundle with the air. The 14 day air subscription expired before I even received the luggage. I was charged for the 1 yr subscription but never received the air tag. I called July 7 and was told it would be expedited. Today is July 17th and I still haven’t received the air tag. I called again and was told it would be expedited. I paid for a service I can’t even use. I feel like I scammed out 167 bucks for something i can’t and haven’t used

can’t even use the app nor free trial unless u pay. the free trial is a scam. why would i pay over $100 for something i cant even test out? why offer a free trial if there is none. i’ll just use an air tag.

Why give someone advice that they have to buy a subscription from you to track. How does Apple track devices? This sucks.
