  • Great app aside from bugs

I love this app! It makes trading soooo much easier than through normal social media sites, and it's nice to be able to track my collection and my wishlist in a simple way. My main complaint, however, is that the app has a few bugs. I don't even have the button to submit a new photocard, which is super frustrating. It also won't open cards on occasion if I'm trying to click on them from someone's list of pcs they're willing to trade for. Aside from the bugs, the media size limit in DMs is extremely irritating when trying to send videos of pcs.

I like the app but I doesn’t let me send pictures, I have to take a pic and then screenshot it just to send 1 picture.
  • Incredibly helpful!

I love the idea behind this app and that it was made by other kpop fans! I’ve become a lot more organized since I started using it to log my collection, and have successfully organized a few trades. I think there are definitely still improvements that can be made to the functionality, but considering how new it is I think it’s doing super well. I would love to have a filter under the Buy market to see only buying request of cards in your collection instead of your wishlist, and for there to be a filter for cards ‘on the way’ without having to add them to your collection or keep them in your WL since that’s really an in between phase in case things go wrong. But that’s really all that I immediately wish for! Do recommend
  • Good idea, poor execution

If you’re a new photocard collector, take everything you see on this app with a grain of salt until you are more versed in photocard collecting. The idea for this app is great, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The camera/scan feature is the only real reason to get premium but it’s not very dependable (if you have even a tiny glare it won’t be able to match the pc). The “admin” for groups are often rude in their comments on edits/submissions and there is wild inconsistency in the approvals/rejections. The pc “value” feature is a joke and will lead to new collectors getting ripped off/pc overpricing issues (already a problem in the community we don’t need it to be worse) Please come up with a vetting system for these insane and inaccurate price listings. It destroys the credibility of your whole app. I understand this is an online collective effort to catalogue photocards, but as it is, I think this app will cause more harm than good to new collectors because of misinformation.
  • Good if you mostly collect bigger groups

If you collect more well known groups, then this app is great. However, if you collect smaller groups it’s a pain. There are cards that aren’t uploaded yet and when you try to submit, they’re very picky about the photos. It really bothers me to not properly have my whole collection logged, so I’m about to give up. Also, it’s very buggy and any time I would briefly switch to another app while logging my cards, the filter would automatically reset to my default group and I’d have to re-enter all the info back into the filter, which was frustrating. Maybe I’ll come back when it’s had time to improve
  • Great app for photocard collecting but

This app works smoothly and has way more features than I could have imaged for a photocard collecting app. I only have one issue and it's with the watermarking. Every card uploaded gets two biasroom watermarks added to them, but everything is fan-added. Truth be told, someone uploaded many photos that I had taken for a separate collection website dedicated to my group. I took the photos and my friend edited them for clarity and uploaded them to our own collect website. We didn't watermark these photos because I don't really care about credit, and the point of sharing the photos was to help people with their collections. So I truly don't mind them being uploaded to the bias room app in principle. However the fact that MY photos that a third party uploaded are now plastered with biasroom watermarks rubs me the wrong way. Yes many people source pics in kpop fandom for templates and such from all over, like social media and merchant platforms. But they never attempt to take credit for those photos. And in the app it credits the uploader, but surely the biasroom developers are aware that a large amount of these uploads are photos sourced from elsewhere and not actually taken by the uploader. It makes me hesitant to add more of my card photos to the app. Even just doing one small watermark instead would be better than this. I really like the app and its functionality so I'll continue using it for now but I hope they can rethink this watermark situation because I find it very disrespectful.
  • Poorly made

Genuinely just a very poorly made app. It is incredibly difficult to use and slower than you would think humanly possible. You can tell whoever made it doesn’t really know anything about web/app development because there is no logic to the layout, and if more than3 people are online at once you might as well be using the app from a potato. The idea itself is phenomenal, this would be an absolutely great app if it functioned, unfortunately it does not. I was on the site the very day it launched and it had A LOT of bugs and was extremely difficult to use so you would have thought by the time the app came around it would like… work? But it doesn’t, which is sad. And the fact that they now have a PAID SUBSCRIPTION is unbelievable. If you’re going to charge people, you should deliver a product that functions the way you claim… but it doesn’t. Honestly started from a project of love and inspiration and turned into a money grab.
  • Too much time…

I was really excited for this app thinking it would be easier than my Google Sheets I created to keep track of my large collection. But you have to get all of your pc uploads approved before you can put them in your collection and they are VERY picky on how it looks. Not worth my time when I have almost 600 PCs of one member alone. I may come back once the pc options have been grown by other people who care lol but until then, I won’t be using. Also- many of the fun features require subscriptions :(
  • No way to add groups you like

Admin keep rejecting my submissions to add a group that is very much real and has photocards 😭
