Pure is a scam for men. My aunt told me about the app and to try it out. I made an account and checked it out but the app isn’t free. The app requires a man to pay either a yearly, monthly, or weekly plan to participate, the only thing free is setting up your account. No talking to anyone and no exploring what the app has to offer. I figured something was off so I spoke to my aunt to see what could be the issue. When I told my aunt the app was not free as she said it was she redownloaded the app to show me. She then did the procedure and realized the app is free for women. The app does indeed take advantage of straight men making straight men pay. Then pay for flowers to send to people of interest. Women don’t have to worry about that issue. I think the main reason for this is because the male audience is far larger on Pure than the females. So if your looking for a dating/hookup app and don’t want to spend on it, don’t bother. Or say your a woman idk. If your willing to pay feel free, I doubt you’ll find much success and your bound to spend a lot just to speak to women. So good luck I guess.

worst app i’ve ever used in my life. not only are there missing parts of it like a rejection button for your likes and a lot of other things. the customer service is HORRIBLE. they mass ban people and don’t even bother second looking into your account. poor development and customer service = unusable app. better not download it unless you wanna match with nice people and then never hear from them again because you got banned for no reason.

Better off on tinder instead of having to pay the $50 to even match or find anyone.

Please read the reviews before you subscribe to this app it’s a trash scam … they will show you a lot of beautiful people near you until you pay for the subscription then the real app is very different, difficult to navigate and THERE IS NO REFUND.

  • Banned by bots

This app feels like Bots are just looking for keywords and no context is being looked at when they ban you. I reread the guidelines and one of them states even if something is unintentional- it counts against you lol as long as you can trick the bots monitoring- your account is safe - I come to this conclusion because of how many men actually put their private parts as their main ad pic but because it “doesn’t look like it” their account is up and running ! If the guidelines truly mattered and real people actually monitored then you wouldn’t see ads running using numbers as letters to form inappropriate words or emojis used in certain sexual context. Just further proof the context of the ads are not actually looked at and it’s only certain things that trigger whatever automated system they use to ban you. At first I was disappointed to be banned because it felt unjust especially cause this app at first was trying to make it seem like they were about safety and boundaries and respect- but taking all the above into consideration- it makes sense why/how they band. It feels like a false sense of protection they are trying to provide and it’s meant to work for them NOT us.
