    After purchasing Housecall Pro for one month, I came to realize that my partner had already purchased a different company, even though I never used it or even set it up. I called to cancel the membership, which they were helpful up into the point where after being canceled for three months they keep on trying to charge me .which I have proof that every night a charge of $80 wants to go through as if I’m still using the membership. I called back twice. They said it was gonna stop trying to charge me ,well long story short good thing. I only used my Cash App card to link with the payments and not my actual bank account. I wouldn’t trust them ServiceTitan and Sara are a whole lot better. That’s who I took my business to. Which increased my sales by %20😀

  • Very bad experience

    One of my clients got confused on his statement and didn’t remember my business name and claim the charge, we make clear the point and he cancel the claim, the team of Housecall pro announce me that they can not give me the service of credit card payments without any explanations. Also they block my payments and take from my bank account the amount from the claim, so they protect themselves with the amount, block my payments for a couple of days and cancel me the service cause a mistake of my client. That isn’t fair for me.

    iphone version of job history doesn’t display addresses or have an address search, so cannot find crucial information in the field. Android version has this feature but not iphone.

    Housecall pro has cussed me nothing but issues, anything electronic is an overcomplicated sack of belony, who in thier right minds dosnt show you a complete paystub, just how many hours how much money, no what the heck

    Honestly the worst usability of any software I’ve ever used. Having been in the HVAC industry for over 45 years, I’ve used a few. This app is NOT intuitive, it’s difficult at best to perform even the most basic functions for a service company. Bookings call is an difficult and choppy task. The menus do not flow well and there are click boxes for all sports of cram that should just be given way points of the process. Sure it might allow the office to track certain metrics. But if we lose customers, bids and service people because of the software we use, what’s the point? F the tracking ability. Just make it user friendly. Whoever the programmers are need to bring in a focus group of non programmers to engineer the look and feel and basic usability of this more than KLUNKY “Solution”…

  • Cannot add to price book

    This app is great for some things and makes some processes faster. However it does not allow editing and adding of items to your pro ebook. I find this problematic because you cannot edit and improve for all and future use. Instead you have to edit every time. Customize every time, this is time consuming

  • Visibility settings for our crews?

    Hi, this app has completely changed the way we are able to run client interactions as well as keep track of our jobs. HOWEVER, we would love to be able to hide some information related to estimates from our subcontractors! If we could toggle which aspects of each job each tech can see, we could begin rolling it out with dozens of crews! We’d love to see this.
