I pay for this service to clean my emails, but I can't connect my Apple account. I've generated a user-specific password as instructed and entered it, but the 'connect cloud account' button remains grayed out and unclickable. This bug prevents me from proceeding, which is quite frustrating given that I pay for this service and am not receiving the full features.

So far, I’m happy with these people. Nobody has stole my identity. I don’t know if I can put the up up on them. Because I don’t know who they are.. I like you know is that I try to stay off social media. Thank God I had their phone numbers. Someone’s always trying to hack you.. anyway, that’s how I feel.

It may alert on a valid site. If you click visit anyway it usually does not make it to the site but says server can’t be found. Turn off the feature and you can get to the site. What good is visit anyway when it fails? This is not new behavior Yes this is still happening and feedback from the app goes unreported to. Feedback here i get just contact us which is not helpful AFTER the fact. Very inconsistent. Sometimes it will go to the link. Sometimes it corrupts the link. Then have to turn it off. The ui is buggy Sometimes it shows the dashboard and sometimes not

I am so sorry I contacted this company on many levels. I have tried to talk to a real person. I looked up the reviews I am not going to have anything to do with this company, based on the reviews.
