    Am I the only one that can’t seem to make an account? Said my email is used by another user (because I previously tried making an account) so I try different emails & it just goes back to the previous page. Even when I do log into my email it says add at least on service & it has no option for that 😂 I just can’t seem to get started with an account & you have no website to actually get around the app. And the app is broken. At least for me. So i can’t do anything.

    I initially had been using a different booking platform for 7yrs, but due to the many changes they made (not for the better) I decided to give Booksy a try. Immediately I realized the Booksy app had a lot of tweaking to do to better it, however I was definitely willing to give it a chance due to it having many of the features I was use to and loved from the previous platform I was using. Ok, let’s get into the issues. The checkout process via the mobile app is entirely too long. Secondly, the app does NOT show you the amounts that have been deposited into your account, instead it shows the total amount of the service/appointment which does not reflect the fees that Booksy charges the stylist for processing the payment. If you’re like me, a person that stays on top of their finances, I’m having to manually calculate the fees just to make sure Booksy is depositing the right amount. Now Booksy do have a No-Show policy that you can enable, BUT because they did not separate a late cancellation policy form the no-show policy, I’m having to once again manually adjust things IF a client has to cancel late. Now let’s talk about the MAJOR issue I’ve just encountered. A Booksy rep by the name of Rachel Grabner sent me an email asking if I’d be willing to have a virtual meeting to discuss ways in which the app could be better and in return Booksy would pay me for that time. I agreed and to be honest the meeting was actually pleasant and very productive. So productive that she asked if I could give her more time which she’d be willing to increase the payment amount….I obliged. After the meeting was done, Rachel informed me I’d receive my payment within two days….well ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK! I finally sent her a courtesy text asking what’s the issue and she tells me the first attempt failed. Now one would assume if the first attempt failed….TRY AGAIN! Had I not reached out to them Rachel nor Booksy would have done anything to resolve the issue. Due to them NOT wanting to pay me what’s owed, they in return have disabled my 24/7 app support which is a feature that’s included in the subscription fee. The messages literally says “Read”, but they don’t respond. They also have continuously LIED about what they’re doing to resolve the issue. SO, with that being said they’re definitely playing with the right one, because although I’m a small business owner I definitely keep my lawyer on call WHENEVER there’s an issue like this. I’ve given them until the end of today 11/27/23 to resolve the issue or I’ll be suing for ALL money damages I’ll incur from dealing with this issue. Bottom line…DO NOT USE THIS APP AND DO NOT GIVE YOUR TIME TO RACHEL OR ANY REP ASKING FOR A VIDEO MEETING. THEY'RE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS AND WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR YOUR TIME! THERE ARE OTHER APPS THAT OFFER THE SAME FEATURES!

    I’ve had booksy since the pandemic hit. I switched from walk ins to appointments only and it was the best thing I could’ve done for my business! Once you get your clients acclimated to the new system, life will be so much easier!
