Every update brings more bugs. Every. Single. Update. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when paying the monthly subscription. I pity the people who actually depend on their machine & this awful software for an income. Additionally, the time between updates, is way too long. Having to wait several weeks just for bug fixes is unacceptable. I do love my Cricut & when Design Space for iOS works as it should, I couldn’t be happier. Those days are few & far between as of late & the other machines on the market are looking better everyday.

This app is the bane of my existence. I have to constantly redownload the app, uninstall in order for it to recognize my machine and restart projects because it randomly closes and loses my progress.

Every time I open this app, it makes a great machine move into my device devices I hate list. Between the continual “almost’ force to upgrade to the paid version of software for a hardware that I already own, and the fact that tools are never consistently in the same place or capable to be operated in the same fashion as the previous time you use the device. As soon as this thing dies, a brother will replace it, and I will delete this terrible app.

Tired of wasting my money

This app has a nice UI but crashes every time I try open a saved file.

Can’t even run on my Macbook due to not being able to software updates. Can’t update past catalina but my laptop runs just fine.. Reallu don’t want to update for no reason. Wish Cricut allowed to run off a past version…

I try to duplicate a text and move it then the app crashes. It completely black screens my phone for at least a minute.

I loved using this app for the last six years, but recently they have begun making updates that are breaking the best parts of it for me. And, if you put in a bug report, you hear nothing back to know if the issue is resolved. So you just have to keep trying and failing.

Not sure why there are so many good reviews. Despite all the troubleshooting I do this app crashes constantly. And I pay a monthly subscription for it to not even let me log in this morning. What a nightmare!!!! When it does work it’s so good. But these bugs need to be fixed.

Cannot believe how difficult they have made it. I just want to print ONE silhouette and every time I go to name it, completely does back to the screen I was just at. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I pay good money for this every month & I shouldn’t have to pay for something that isn’t working properly!
