Natural Cycles is more than a period tracker. Most other fertility tracking apps assume your cycle is 28 days long, even though 87% of women have cycle lengths that don't fit into the 28 day pattern... We understand that birth control is not a one-size-fits-all. Your cycle is unique to you! Our algorithm uses personalized temperature data to confirm your ovulation, reducing the risk of you being assigned an incorrect fertile day. Unlike period trackers, the NC° app allows you to identify your fertility status daily, so you can prevent pregnancy or plan for it with greater precision. From birth control to planning pregnancy and every cycle in between – Natural Cycles is there for you with each stage of your fertility journey. Still not sure? Download the app and test out our Demo Mode. The app supports syncing with Apple Health. *E. The app tracks everything except for when your subscription is being renewed. No warning, no email reminder, just a charge to your credit card with no notice. I wish apps respected their users and didn’t use these dark tactics to keep subscribers. Set a calendar reminder for yourself, because NC won’t alert you about your subscription cycle, only your menstrual cycle.

It has made tracking my cycle easy, reliable, and comfortable. I love the articles they provide with helpful insights to questions. This app is amazing, and so user friendly!
  • Misleading in-app purchase

I was looking in the App Store for a way to track my period and made this purchase based on how highly rated this app is and once I’d purchased the app for $123 I was informed (by the app) that it won’t function with my hormonal birth control even though I have a regular period with my iud. I was disappointed and felt mislead by the description in the Apple Store. Tried to request a refund and the company has a zero refund policy. Was told to get refunded by Apple since I bought it in the Apple App Store and it doesn’t show up in my purchases. Feels like such a scam and super disappointed in their in-app marketing which is completely vague on use-case. One star on their return policy and approach.

It is not possible to use the app with oura ring. The data is completely inaccurate, it picks a baseline at random and uses oura data from there and you can’t change it, totally ridiculous, was multiple degrees off. You can only this with their thermometers. DO NOT BOTHER IF YOU HAVE OURA RING.

  • Accuracy is debatable

I religiously used both BBT and ovulation tests to monitor my cycles and get pregnant. The app told me I wasn’t ovulating when I had multiple tests providing a strong positive line. And based on the adjusted gestational age of my current pregnancy, it was off over a week based on its gauge for conception (that is compensating for the typical adjustment based off last period). Essentially, if I had only trusted the app instead of doing ovulation tests as well, I would have missed the conception window for that month. I should also add that I simultaneously used another tracking app to gauge when to take ovulation tests, and it was more accurate. I also didn’t like that when I went off my birth control, it wouldn’t let me log my first period as a period vs withdrawal bleeding. Just because withdrawal bleeding is normal so is not having withdrawal bleeding. I would have liked being able to mark it that way since it happened weeks after removal.

The app does not show up on your phone subscriptions so when I checked all my subscriptions because I’ve been in a bad place financially, it didn’t appear. They refuse to refund even if it’s immediately after renewal so I’m not sure how I’m going to eat this week.
  • NOT FERTILE

We’ve been TTC for 5mos and I wish there was a way to edit the view. Being greeted by HUGE letters saying “Not Fertile” is depressing. It makes me want to use the app less. I have already written to customer support and has not been resolved.
  • Non Fertility Option Needed

I think this app is great and I’m really learning a lot about my body and the why behind how I feel. I wish it wasn’t so specific to fertility as I’m done having kids and don’t need to know my fertile/non fertile days. It’d be nice to turn that off and just show me what phase I’m in and the symptoms I can expect during the phase

I used Natural cycles leading up to getting married in august 2020. Conceived our first daughter 3 months later, then our son in May of 2022. Using again to track cycles to try for baby #3 and it gives me so much peace of mind being able to see the algorithms align with what I’m feeling in my body! Pretty awesome tool. Note: I used and still use the basal body temp thermometer but the other new options for measuring are so awesome!
