This app would be perfect if it didn’t proceed to upload all of my 30k photos to its cloud by default. Even after turning Auto-Add off, it insists on completing the upload, draining my battery and clogging my wifi. Only way to stop it is to delete the app and start over. This is not a new issue! I found the solution on a forum from 2018. Fix this Adobe! Not all of us want to sync our entire photo libraries with this app by default.

This app has been horrid. I’ve had a subscription for a while now and have STILL been charged for premium benefits I CANT USE. It says I have to be a premium subscriber, then when I pay to be, it says I already am one. FIX IT OR REFUND ME.

La aplicación es muy buena para editar fotos profesionales. Una cosa que en verdad no me gusta es cuanto empiezo a editar fotos tomadas con una cámara profesional en formato RAW, mi iPhone 11 Pro Max empieza a calentar demasiado aún teniendo mis otras apps cerradas y no ejecutando en segundo plano, no se si sea una falta de optimización de la misma aplicación Lightroom, por favor, desarrolladores de Lightroom, les pido de favor optimicen de mejor manera la app para que ya no cause el sobrecalentamiento de dispositivos. Sin más que decir, la app es muy buena, es de mis favoritas…

Hello, I am currently using Lightroom I pay monthly through Apple and am very satisfied with the current verison I have yet I cannot use this verison unless I download your new verison. Even getting Apple to help was futile. Please release the version I am using.
P. S. Your new version will not download anyway even for the trial verison!

Latest version has a bug where on export, the download for the full sized original now is A CRAWL. It used to be pretty quick, I have 1gb down speed fiber so it’s certainly a recent change with the app. I have to now manually download the full sized file first and then go to export the JPG. Big bummer for what used to be a great workflow for me.
