  • Why is it not available on Roku tv??

    subscribed to the app after a friend recommended the show Khareef Al Qalbb, but I’m disappointed that, after all these years, it still isn’t available on Roku. Additionally, many of the shows and movies lack subtitles, which makes it difficult to enjoy the content fully. Due to these ongoing issues, I’ve decided to cancel my subscription. I hope these concerns will be addressed in the future

    I’m considering cancelling Shahid because of the poor experience in how they launch new TV shows. First of all, most of the new shows are more than 30 episodes long. Not to mention some go around 90 episodes on average. They don’t allow you to stream it all at once as expected when compared to shows on Netflix or other streaming app in the USA. Second of all, the worst part is they only release 5 episodes a week and exclude the WEEKENDS!!!!! Why would you exclude weekends when this is the time people have time off and want to chill? Also, 90 episodes with 5 episodes a week is just begging users to stay longer on their app and continue paying for the subscriptions as a trap!!! Well guess what MBC, we don’t want to watch your super long turkish Arab Tv shows anymore! This is making us fed up with shahid, the show and the director all together. Finally, you NEVER mention how many episodes are in the show, disclosing important information!!! Because you know, if we know that it will be 90 episodes, we as Arabs would not want to commit to the show to begin with. I was really happy about the app but after revealing the BIG SCAM and lack of customer empathy, we are done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They suddenly block my offer subscription due to issue on their app without any even notice on knowing error from their side !!! Very bad service!! Doesn’t recommend at all!!

    The quality depends on internet speed and buying a subscription is useless because of the low quality content even after downloading episodes the quality is still poor

    Content is good, service is a little more stable than before. App doesn’t glitch like it used to all the time. Improvement: needs a way to categorize shows, by language or origins/country. Needs a user rating system for the shows.. users need to be able to rate the shows after watching..
