    You must sign up to use, once you sign up, it wants you to sign up again, charging your card multiple times, never letting you use the scanning feature. BUYER BEWARE!

    I've been using Smart Receipts for work daily for the last 2 years. In this latest update to v5, image quality for imported receipts is absolutely HORRENDOUS. There is a setting to adjust PDF image quality, but even set to 100%, the images are so incredibly fuzzy, that some of the information in them is basically unreadable. They also unnecessarily changed the interface all around, so if you were used to previous versions, prepare to relearn how to navigate the app for no good reason. But really, the main problem is that ridiculously poor image quality makes the whole thing nearly worthless now, even if you decide to pay for the "Pro" unlock. DEVS!!! FIX YOUR APP!!!

    I really liked the app. However, as soon as I gave it a 5-star rating, it started kicking me out every time I i was in the middle of adding a new item to my expense report. So now it’s down to a 3-star. I really doubt the two are connected, but the timing is very odd. I never had an issue before and have used the app for months.

    At the company I work for, we’ve been using this app (free version) for years. It’s required. It has a great deal of options, and is a great app, but I have some usability issues, or rather, complaints since this latest update that just released. -When entering the name of the business, we can no longer just tap a few letters and select the name that pops up, it no longer has the suggestion feature so we have to type it out the long way. -It also doesn’t capitalize the first letter of the words like it used to -In the ‘Cost’ section, It defaults with a 0.0 in the box. If you just tap the box and begin to type the numbers you want, thinking it will auto erase the default 0.0, think again. I’ve messed up several times and had to go back and do it again. You have to tap on the right edge of the 0.0, then delete them, then you can type your numbers. It’s as if they expect us to use the 0.0 as part of our total. -I also don’t like how it retains the same category as the last receipt you entered. -Trying to find the manual save function took me some time, but I figured out that I can share the full report to a csv file and save it in my files app. -When moving a receipt from one month to another, it shows older folders first instead of the previous month folder at the top of the list. I had to scroll and scroll to find the previous month (10-24). It used to be right there at the top and easy to do. All in all, it seems like they did make a few improvements, but for us, they made our lives just a little bit more difficult, and for no reason other than they chose to, as far as I can tell. This app is becoming a pain in the rear to use on a regular basis.
