MSG+ lets fans stream live Knicks, Rangers, Islanders, Devils and Sabres games as well as hundreds of hours of original content. Gain access through a cable provider or purchase directly. There are two ways fans can access MSG+: • TVE: MSG+ is available at no additional cost to subscribers of participating cable/video providers who receive MSG Networks as part of their paid subscription. To watch, subscribers must sign in with their provider login and password. • MSG+ Subscription: MSG+ is also available for those who do not have partnering cable subscriptions, as they can purchase one of the three available offerings (annual subscription, monthly subscription, or on a per-game basis). Location restrictions: • Only Knicks, Rangers, Islanders, Devils and Sabres games broadcast on MSG Networks will be available on MSG+. Local blackout restrictions apply. • League and programming restrictions require MSG+ mobile & tablet users to turn on location services. MSG+ will use location services to determine what content users are eligible to view. MSG+ is only available in the Continental US.   • Absurdly Dumb App

    The app earns two stars for decent image and audio quality. But this app is seriously dumb. Why can I not rewind games to where I want to see them? I can either go to the beginning or watch the live feed. If the video is smaller and overlaid there are 10 second forward and back buttons but they don’t work. But what is really stupid is that, if I am watching the game from the beginning in a shrunk screen and then then open full screen, it starts over again so I either have to watch everything I just watched or skip ahead to the live feed. So stupid. Just give me a scroll bar and forward and back buttons that work. This is 2024 not 1990, why is this still an issue?

    This app has been unusable since I downloaded it. Anytime you click on the Teams or Schedule button, it just gives you an error message! please fix! Thx
  • Inconsistent mess

    By far this is the worst, most inconsistent streaming app I use. Speaking for the AppleTv app (but applies for iPad), picture quality goes in and out all game, randomly the game quality will be in slow-motion, commercials buffer, & makes me sign-in seems like every 2 weeks despite using it for every Knick game. The fact you make people pay for this is insulting. Yes my internet speeds are fine, no I’m not restarting my router before “tech support” chimes in. It’s on your end.

    For the price you would think they would give you every opportunity to watch the games. They don’t, unless you’re ok with watching on your phone or iPad. Zero apps available on fire sticks or Samsung TV’s. Unsure if the app is available on other platforms. Every time I attempt to AirPlay to my tv the app stops playing the video. Absolutely not worth the bloated price. Do better Dolan.
  • Worst streaming (by far) of any app I’ve ever used

    I have used many streaming apps and they all stream without lag, blurring or interruptions in my home internet environment. Not so MSGplus. It’s awful and much much worse than the others. Together with their friendly but clueless technical support, this means you should avoid MSG plus if at all possible.
  • Can’t log in

    I had previously linked my spectrum account but somehow it disconnected. Now I get an error stating that I’ve exceeded my amount of log in attempts and I cannot connect with my spectrum account. I only have this issue logging into spectrum with this app and looking at reviews, it seems others do too. With the already limited amount of devices that support the app, it’s very frustrating to now be unable to use it on my phone.

    I have been trying to watch for weeks and all I get is provider looping. I spoke with customer service and they had my try a few things but I still can’t seem to get it to work. They said they would escalate and some one would reach out. Some one did but still didn’t work and still haven’t heard anything back.
  • AirPlay Connection

    Periodic issues with Apple AirPlay connection. Game will stream while on the app but once attempting to connect with AirPlay, it initially connects then freezes and does not continue with connection. AirPlay connection removed and the game continues to stream while on the app. Any updates to correct this issue?
  • I have so many issues with this app…

    1- There is no MSG+ app for Roku TVs so the key way to watch is to stream it from my phone to the tv 2- The connection is always choppy when I stream it 3- Often there will be issues where I can’t login to my tv provider - an error message will show you and it will last for eh whole day then tomorrow will suddenly work again 4- Sometimes I’ll be watching and all the sudden an error message will pop up and say can’t play the video
