    My check engine light came on. The fixd app did not detect a problem and it did not give me a way to reset the car to dismiss the check engine light. Useless!!!

    A good device. But they automatically charged me $99 for the advanced app features. I didn’t sign up for that. Good luck getting that money back. I couldn’t.

    I am writing this review to warn others who pay $99 for the premium service. The premium service allows you to call a mechanic with questions about your vehicle. I called multiple times over a period of days thinking it would be OK since I paid for the premium service. However, a mechanic by the name of Scott was extremely angry and started yelling at me when I called him for the second time with questions concerning my truck. In fact, he was so angry his voice was shaking because he could not control himself. He was angry because I called with questions. I will not be using this “service” again and want to warn others that if you pay for the premium service thinking you can use it to your advantage by calling a mechanic you may very well have the same experience I did with Scott.

    I haven’t had a subscription with this app in a year. When I canceled they tried to charge me $100 for year after I did. Luckily my credit card company helped me with that. Now they’re continued to try to charge me $100 every day for the last few days. I haven’t used the app since I canceled and my credit card number has been replaced. Don’t use this app unless you’ve got great credit service. They have no contact info available and are trying to fraud you out of your money.

    Every time I use the app I’ll inevitably accidentally click the upgrade to premium and get a charge of $50 that I have to cancel.

    I have canceled my Subscription, because I have a new vehicle with 100,000 mile warranty. But would like to comment that FIXD work beautifully in my previous vehicles Thank you
