    Unable to delete shifts or remove them. Shifts that were never even created keep showing up as recurring. Had to create a whole new organization because scheduling was getting too confusing for employees
  • It works but a bit clunky in places

    We are a nonprofit cat rescue organization, and we only use a small portion of the functionality in Crew pro. Basically we use: team files, calendar, scheduling, covers, and chat. all of our people are volunteers, so there's no payroll to worry about. Everything works adequately for us except searching the chat boards are essentially impossible. As an example, say we adopted a cat out six months ago, and discussed it. Today the cat is going to be returned, and we want to go back to the previous communication to reference and the easiest way would simply be to search for the name of the cat. But this is impossible. It is such a problem for us, as the Director, I'm considering using a different program.
  • Buggy and No Customer Support

    The concept of Crew is good, the execution not so much. There are many bugs and problems I have encountered. Many basic features are locked unless you have an enterprise account. Evidently, paying for the pro membership ($300/year) isn’t enough. I’ve encountered 3 or 4 bugs, and sent many messages to support over the last month and haven’t gotten a single response from them.

    All calls seem to fail. No troubleshooting I’ve tried works. My device and also co-workers devices.

    Started out great but it’s become super glitchy lately. My entire staff of 15 have had to delete and re-upload several times over the past week. I’ve lost all communication from May 25, 2023 forward.
  • iOS 17 bugs

    This app needs to be updated to be compatible with iOS 17. It no Longer provides notifications when in focus, even when you have the app white listed. It won’t allow you to add photos. It makes it tough to use it as a work app we these parts broken that worked just fine in iOS 16.

    The app works as expected most of the time, but crashes randomly from time to time (I'm running macOS Ventura 13.5.2). Also, there's a very annoying bug: When you click on the search icon, the searchbar comes up upside down! Try it.

    This app is missing so many features, very basic features. Customer service horrible it takes a week to respond and generally they don’t respond to the question you’re asking.
