  • Best recipe app hands down!

    By farbeyondme
I don’t understand anyone complaining about price. I did research before I bought it and knew all the prices up front. Paid for the use on my iPhone /ipad. Found I loved it and paid for the use on my windows device. My husband loved it so much too that he paid to have it on his iPhone /ipad so we could share recipes and meal planning. With that we are set. We never have to pay again, unlike apps that require ongoing, forever subscriptions. We’ve also reached out to support on multiple occasions and always received help and tutorials back. The one thing I would love to see is a built in nutritional analyzer. Because it doesn’t have one, I still have to use MyFitnessPal to get nutritional data to plug into Recipe Keeper. Would be great if I could skip that step. But even with the extra work, it’s so worth it.
  • Best Recipe App Ever!!

Easy to use. So many options. Easy to customize. Love the ability to add my own pictures. Unlike other apps, love the security of backing up my collection. Love the ability to add notes, change recipes, adjust portions, create shopping lists, share recipes, etc.

Look- this app is FANTASTIC. The biggest glaring problem is once things are added into the Weekly planner, it should generate a shopping list by aggregating all the ingredients together and giving the total that needs bought for the week. PRETTY PLEASE. T.T goodness, I neeeeeed that. Maybe have it always round up to the nearest whole? Monday recipe calls for 1/2 tomato Thursday calls for 1 1/2 tomatoes Saturday calls for 3 1/2 tomato’s Meal Plan Shopping List shows 6 tomato’s. Just make it where if I already have some I can mark a portion off at a time. (Or if one makes to trips, mark 3 tomato’s off and still have 3 tomato’s. Etc.) Honestly I would like that feature for the normal shopping list, including dynamic numbering so we can mark something partially off if the store did have enough or something.
  • Best ever

It is amazing. There are thousands of good recipes online, but they are difficult to peruse because they are usually buried under a mountain of ads, and interspersed with even more ads. Now I just open with Recipe Keeper and I can see the whole recipe, all by itself, zero ads. Then I decide if “it’s a keeper” or not. It’s also very good for taking recipes from a book.
  • fantastic… but..

it needs to track pantry items
  • All in one place!

I love this app!!! I have been trying to find a good app to put all my recipes AND create shopping lists. Adding recipes from ALL my screen shots is so easy. Plus you can add them straight from a website. No more looking for where I saved my recipe! Oh and also a weekly meal calendar that’s easy to use! So many great features!
  • I am married to this app

Seriously have never given an app a review willingly. I love it so much. I rave about it to whoever will listen. Not a lot of apps I can say I will use life-long. They’ve pretty much made it as easy as possible to add and share recipes. And I love them forever for charging a 1-time fee instead of monthly.
  • If you like to cook, this is your new bff

This is the most amazing app ever. I am so in love with it. So incredibly happy I discovered it. I use it CONSTANTLY to save my recipes. Goodbye to the piles of recipes I have!!
  • Have to pay for each family member who wants to use the app

    By TheAppReviewer99
No option to sync recipes and grocery lists across users devices without paying for separate upgrades. Need to offer a family plan option, because the beauty in this app would be for couples or roommates to be able to build menus and shopping lists together.
  • Outdated UI

    By kefia21
Great app I wish there was a way to share recipes with others in the same household instead of using the same account. Also the UI looks very dated. Looks like windows 8 with the squared edges and hard lines.
