  • Pointless app

Blocks comments and harmless stuff while taking up half my battery
  • it needs work

i’ve had this app on my phone for a couple months now. i get why my parents have it n i’ve honestly given up on trying to get out of it. but the app needs serious work. it constantly makes my phone spaz out, i can’t access apps (even though they are aloud from my parents through the adult app), it will block random things that are completely harmless, it takes hours for my apps to come back when my screen time is back up, it will log me out of accounts i have on various apps (and takes me hours to log back in), it will randomly delete things, and more. i’m not a fan of the idea nor of this app but i get why parents do it. i would jus recommend looking more into the app before putting it on your kids devices.
  • Don’t get this parents

I hate this app . It makes certain apps not work even when there is no restriction on the app.
  • This is useless

    By Shannon Subway
OK, no hate on the app but honestly I just don’t get this app when it’s kind of useless and stupid because some parents are just too scared to confront their kids when they do something wrong like get over it you’re the parent not the other way around so all this app is completely useless and one we should be more concerned about our kids education than what they’re doing on their phones or iPads because if you weren’t gonna trust them and put an app on their phone in the first place, why do you even get my phone or an iPad in the first place? and it invasion of privacy.
  • Inaccurate

    By Lord almighty 13
This app is inaccurate, measuring things happening in the background while devices are off, as well as being an invasion of privacy to children and teens
  • Deleted all my apps and rearranged them

When the app locked the phone, it hid all the apps that used mobile data. When the phone unlocked, all my apps were out of order. Don’t get this app.

  • Not the best on iphones

    By Bonnie.713
The service itself is okay, used it for the 3 day trial but didn't work out for us because it doesn't let me block certain things on my kids iphone's. the problem is that now that i want to remove the app from my kids phone, it gives me an error that i dont have permission to delete the app. i have followed the instructions from the website and the phones have been removed from my parent app and still nothing. and theres not even a customer service number i can call for assistance, unless i have the premium package, umm i dont want the premium package and shouldnt have to pay for assistance. i emailed but their response time is very delayed. i would recommend this app for androids maybe, but for iphones, its not the best. try the ourpact app instead.
  • Horrible.

This app has given me issues. To make this easier to read here are the pros and cons. Cons: 1. Can’t read comments on anything. 2. Can’t watch tiktok. 3. Family relationships broken. 4. Drains half of the battery in the whole day. 5. When limit is up can’t send photos. Pros: 1. Blocks harmful websites.
  • this app is not the solution

    By camrynelise44
i am a 15 year old girl who had the qustodio kids app installed on my iphone right when i got it around 6 months ago. i want to start by saying that this app has quite frankly ruined the trust between me and my parents. it is constantly saying that i am trying to get on blocked social media websites or tampering with the app. i would never do this because i had to work so hard to convince my parents to let me have an iphone in the first place. my parents think i am always trying to find a way to get the restrictions and boundaries set which causes them to one, not trust me, and two think that i am not ever going to be ready to have a phone without restrictions while i am living in their house. this app is making everything so much worse rather than being a solution or helping. i’ve tried talking to them and having serious conversations about how the app is telling them things that aren’t true and i’m not doing any of the things that it’s saying but thanks to the app, they don’t believe a thing i’m telling them. i am quite frustrated and don’t know how to get them to trust me or see things from my point of view. another thing is that this app is a total invasion of privacy. i get that parents want to protect their kids and keep them out of harms way but this app is not the way to do that. i don’t want my parents constantly on me about the things i am doing on my phone 24/7. i never look up or try to do anything bad so this app has also convinced me in a way that i did something wrong and that my parents don’t trust me because i’m a bad kid or something. it has taken a toll on both my relation ship with my mom and dad and i wish this app didn’t exist. also and to think about the fact that you have to pay 99 dollars for it. pretty ridiculous for an app that is going to destroy the trust and decency in you and your children’s relationship. please parents think about your kids in this situation. read the reviews and determine if it’s really worth it for what about to happen if you do this. please, please find something better.
