The trial period offered me an exciting glimpse into the app's capabilities, but things took a turn for the worse once it ended. I selected a plan and found that I was unable to access my schedule and view upcoming jobs, which was only possible with a plan upgrade. As a new business owner focused on maintaining financial discipline until my clientele grows, I found this unacceptable. The app's utility seemed limited to scheduling, and I couldn't even view my completed jobs without the upgrade. I will be looking for a different app to meet my needs.

The company wants you to sign up asap. Gives you the idea you can get paid immediately as my bank already does that. Asked for a manager several times and no one has ever called out of 8 calls requesting it. The program is too complicated for payments. That is so much simpler through the payment processing systems. I believe that it is more of a headache than it is worth. Shameful empty promises. Bad reviews from BBB wish I would have seen it before signing up with the company. Based out of Canada. Not registered with BBB.

Terrible customer service. No supervisors to speak with and after the first level of customer service they only communicate thru email. Nobody can ever give any answers and it takes days to receive emails with responses then you have to wait more days after you reply. Customer service reps have completely false information. It’s really a joke. There’s other platforms doing the same thing for same or less money with better customer service. I recommend looking around before using this platform.
