    Jobber has been such an asset to our business by allowing us to stay better organized, be much faster getting estimates out after building out our products and services on the back end, and keep up with client communication with the automations. For example, while I’m in the field working as an owner operator, the other day a client accepted an estimate, I was slammed all day and unable to immediately reach out to the client thanking them and letting them know next steps. But with the built in automations, jobber automatically emailed them on my behalf thanking them and letting them know that we would be in touch soon with next steps, giving me some breathing room to catch up. This is just a very small example, but we have had nothing but success using jobber and our only regret is not making the switch sooner.

    Straight trash. Trash AI bots with zero options employees that get false information take their responsibility for anything that they’ve said, and they withhold your payment money way past what they say on their website or over the phone. Go past their fake good reviews and get to the real ones and you’ll see what you should expect. Don’t waste your time or your money.

    Tried collecting funds from a deposit and system won’t allow us to collect. Was told this wouldn’t be a problem and that was a lie. Was told this platform had several things with that it doesn’t. Sales guy was 6 weeks new and clearly lied about everything they said this app had. Not happy about the ridiculous fees either. Not the greatest CRM either

    When I start using this system in my company, it helps me a lot makes my work more easy the basic package what they have cover all my needs I still learning how to use the full things what they propose but on this moment I like everything except the fees for payments and timeline other structure what I use for payments more faster and not so big fee.

    Jobber has been a organizational overhaul for my business. I love the quoting portion, I get more professional, more accurate, much quicker quotes sent out to keep the ball rolling. It keeps everyone in the loop on what’s going on, including customers and employees. I can send invoices when I’m done in a matter of seconds. There’s no going back once you get going with Jobber!

    There is an annoying page reset when you go to edit invoice details that causes me to wait. Also the offline mode pops ups way too frequently even when you have full bars. These kind of issues caused me to switch from QuickBooks online. I hate apps that constantly update. If it’s not broke then don’t “fix it”
