  • High conflict warning!

If you are in a high conflict situation, you do not want to use this app. It’s hard for legal professionals to get logged in and stay logged in to watch.( example, parent facilitator.) there is no companion app or anyway to watch if you have a hostile message.
  • Recent update Glitches

After the recent update, I noticed that my app will be showing me notifications even though there’s no notifications. I also just found out that if you receive a phone call from the other party, you don’t automatically get a call recording which sucks I believe both part should be able to have a recording on record.

  • Reimbursement issues

We have used this app for almost a year. It has been fine up until now. I pay everything 100% for our kids and bill their father thru AppClose. For some reason the month of June (only June) is showing that I paid but never submitted for reimbursement. Which I have. I contacted customer support. I got a generic email stating they would work on it. I haven’t heard anything since. I’ve emailed, called, left a voicemail (yes that’s a thing!) no response. It’s still not fixed. Anyone who is in a high conflict situation will know how detrimental this is. It’s hundreds of dollars for June and our only record of me that is valid to him, isn’t showing that it’s been submitted. I am disappointed in the glitch but also the TERRIBLE customer service.
  • Notifications don’t work

Messages and all the functionality the app is built for is good but the not getting notifications when I receive a message makes it a one star review. If I don’t CONSTANTLY open the app and check for messages I miss so many than it’s brought back on me that I’m not responding. You would think an app I pay for monthly would at least work correctly.

It should be super simple to add children and easier to add the days that they are with the father and mother
  • No support response

Calendar design is pretty bad and the payment option never works. Plaid confirms then nothing. Emailed support and no response after weeks. None. Edit: dev response was “people use our app so you’re wrong and people responded to you but I have no proof of this” That tells you all you need to know. Complete dismissal of feedback is why your app is trash. They also claim the app is court ordered IN EVER COUNTY in the United States which is laughably false.

I was ordered by the court to use this app. They said it was the best one they have on the App Store. It’s quite obvious that this judge doesn’t know a thing because this app is absolutely garbage. He also told me that this app is free with no app purchases or subscriptions. He was obviously wrong on that too. Here is a suggestion for your app, if you are going to make a product that the judicial system recommends you should probably make that product 100% free. Another suggestion is adding some type of voicemail when you try to call the coparent and they do not answer.
  • It’s decent

In general I feel like the app is rather clunky. It’s kind of hard to navigate and you are stuck in very specific boxes with whatever option you choose. Therefore if you choose wrong you have to go back and choose again, etc. I am able to import my calendars into the app but I wanted to make it visible for my ex because two of the calendars are for the kids’ appointments. He swears up and down he can’t see it, so unless he’s lying or there’s something wrong on his side, I just have to do double the work.
  • Investment firm switch from free to very very expensive

The only reason they were number one in court recommended solutions was the price was free for years. Then they rolled out subscription pricing that is the most expensive of all out there. Not only do the two parents pay, which is expected, but every single guest or third party must pay. The same price. So grandparents, aunt and uncles and any other care giver that needs to be in the communication loop. Same single child account but monthly payments from everyone involved. Even if they use it sparingly. We dumped it and moved on.
