    One of the worst sports apps I’ve ever used. It’s glitchy, it freezes, and has gambling advertisements pop up on the screen during games which can’t be removed!!

  • Won’t work for me

    I live in Bethany Beach Delaware. I’ve been paying for my subscription since the beginning of August. I’ve been corresponding with monumental support since August 16th. I sent them my ip addresses because I am getting out of area messages even though I live well within the 150 mile radius. I have almost daily emails saying that they are working on whitelisting my ip address, but still nothing. I can’t rate the app because I can’t use it. The rating for the support is less than 0.

  • Mediocre streaming management

    On occasion, the video feed stops backs up and restarts at some earlier point leaving your viewing stream behind the actual action. The other thing is the audio periodically disappears. Requiring exiting the app and restarting the app to get the audio back. Every game is not available, depending on the broadcast rights and limitations of the broadcast. But most games are on the app.

    This gets one star only for the fact that occasionally I get to watch a game all the way through without a glitch. Sometimes the app will quit in the middle of watching a game, the 10sec skip ahead/behind function is unpredictable and will often result in a multi-minute jump ahead if you’re trying to catch up to live. Casting to TV/chromecast is a joke; the connection is never stable, and if it is, the picture/audio jump every few seconds. Priced at $20/month, I would not say this app is at all worth the money unless they make some big improvements that allow you to do the thing the app was built for: stream local sports. Fix the bugs, invest in the product, and create something fans can actually enjoy.

    This app continues to be awful. Every time I open the app on my iPhone I have to reconnect my tv provider. The tv app is pathetic. It won’t connect to my phone app. I recently changed my tv provider and even after deleting the app and reinstalling it my old tv provider shows so I can’t watch the games on the tv. Tried to cast and only got sound and no picture. This isn’t the first time this app has had problems. Last season it was just as bad.

  • DVR controls are dreadful

    This app would be so good if they just had rewind and fast forward that actually worked just like every other single streaming app on earth. If you want to rewatch a play, the rewind button goes backwards 20 minutes. This is not a serious app until it has basic functionality

    App is the worst. So bad I felt compelled to write a review. Pro: Caps Hockey Cons: Just about everything else. Sometimes you can rewind. Sometimes you can’t. If you do rewind you can’t get back to Live without closing the app. Audio levels all over the place. Cost. Who needs all those extras that come with a paid subscription. Just give me hockey. Graphic overlays encroach on the main feed. Bottom line: I would pay double if the feed was available through the ESPN app or back on YouTubeTV. Also someone needs to fix the BS that sports broadcast rights.

    Apart from charging $20 a month to watch Caps games, which is rapacious and despicable, this app on Amazon fire TV is a disaster. You have to click through multiple bizarre screens to get to a game. Seems they tried to save money by hiring an amateur app designer.

    It took an hour just to reup a subscription. All the app navigation and the racket that I’m paying to watch caps games I had with YouTube. Sucks
