About the recipes: All recipes in this app are as whole food plant based as possible with minimal processed foods, but still super tasty. You will find lots of dinner ideas, breakfast ideas, lunches, snacks, treats, festive and side dishes. If you have allergies you can easily filter for gluten-free, nut-free, oil-free and soy-free to find recipes that fit your preferences. We have also included filters on high protein, under 25 min, low calories and few ingredients. Fivesec Health features: • Meal Plans – Do you want extra guidance? We have developed meal plans based on different goals. You don’t have to think, just follow the instructions. Sounds awesome right? If you are new to vegan cooking, this is the perfect way to start • Shopping List – Our focus is to make it as easy as possible to eat more plants. Therefore we have developed a super handy shopping list that makes it possible to add ingredients from an entire recipe. All the ingredients from the recipes are structured in a way so that you easily can sort them by sections in the grocery store. You can also add your own items. • Meal planner – Plan your week ahead of time with our meal planner feature. • Plant-Based Nutrition - We want you to feel confident in your food choices therefore we have provided a learn section where you can read about all the essential nutrients and in which foods you can find them. All information is evidenced based and provided by a nutritionist. • Macros & calories – All recipes are carefully composed and you can see the micronutrients in a recipe and the calories based per serving. • Cooking time – See how long time each recipe takes too cook. • Add a note – You can now write a note on a specific recipe to remember things.
 • Favorites – Save your favorite recipes so that you can cook them over and over again. • Measurement system – You can choose to see ingredients in cup/g or ml/g. • Hide nutrition information – We want this app to be safe for everyone. By hiding nutritional information you can’t see macros, calories or search for low calories. We highly recommend you to do that if you have/had an eating disorder. Fivesec Health Premium: With premium membership you get access to all recipes, meal plans and features in the app. We also add new recipes to the app every week to keep you inspired with new content.     I love this app so much! Alexandra has clean, simple and absolutely delicious recipes. I love how clear and concise the directions are and pictures are beautiful. Makes weeknights a breeze if you forget to plan some thing or perfect if you decide to plan for the week and need all of the ingredients in a list to shop. Cannot say enough great things about it! On another note, follow her on YouTube if you do not already. Her cooking style is ideal for anyone! She makes my heart happy!!

  • I didn’t think it would be so easy

    I made the life changing decision a few months ago to go vegan, but more specifically plant based vegan. I had attempted this change 10 years ago but found I was eating food that wasn’t nourishing my body or mind. In recent years I have struggled significantly with my nutrition and overall health. I cooked about 7 times a year (I’m not kidding) and I felt like garbage. I can’t even remember how I came across this app (I don’t have social media so I miss a lot of what’s popular or trending) but I can say I am so incredibly thankful that I did. I downloaded the app, not having much faith in any noticeable change, and started looking over the recipes. I was relieved to find all of them were 100% plant based, had nutritional information, easy to understand instructions, and delicious sounding meals. That day I went and bought groceries for a breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the app which was made so much easier with the shopping list feature). After my first day I cannot explain how drastically different I felt in my mind and body. I had energy, I wasn’t craving high caloric treats and fast food, I even stopped drinking caffeine that wasn’t tea. I started enjoying cooking and grocery shopping and meal planning all within a few days! My family has commented on how much happier I seem, they enjoy the meals I make, and I’m saving so much money not binging on take out! I deleted all my food delivery apps within a week. I really did not think this change, let alone an APP, could change my life for the better so significantly. My physical health has improved as well, my blood pressure is down, my resting heart rate has leveled, and in 6 months my doc wants to recheck my blood so we can see how much has changed overall. Thank you so much for this app. It’s truly changed my life. I’m living a life I had envisioned for years but didn’t feel it was possible.

    I absolutely love these meals. I enjoy how few ingredients and how simple they are. I’ve used other apps that have more complicated meals and I ended up hardly using them. I like the shopping list and calendar feature to keep my shopping on point.
  • Easy and useful

    Love this app. In the only plant based person in the house and this app has such good easy simple recipes with basic ingredients. I don’t have to do a ton of extra shopping to eat delicious meals. I like to search an ingredient that I have a lot of and a ton of options pop up )cucumber, sweet potato, lentil). Ingredients can easily be prepped ahead and mixed and matched too.

    Every single recipe is delicious and filling. I absolutely love this app! As a busy homeschool mama who loves to cook but not very creative - the meal planner app has helped me immensely with pre planning recipes for all meals, shopping at the market and preparing healthy meals for me and my family. I also save so much money sticking to these recipes and i feel great! 😀

    Wonderfull product. I have used many vegan meal planners including forks over knives and never stuck with them because they were either too complicated or the recipes were gross. I love how her meal plans are simple, easy to make and delicious. Her meal challenges are based on recipes that use similar ingredients which is cost effective and easier to manage. I’m not vegan but trying to eat more plant based and I really enjoy the ease of the recipes. I am not spending hours cooking but still eat delicious and satisfying meals. I am incredibly impressed with the customer service. I asked a question and got an answer under 24hour. The only thing I would improve is to make it compatible to a side view on the ipad. As well, I wish the grocery list had a link to bring you back to the meal plan associated with the list. Overall I plan on renewing my subscription next year. I think 40$ for a year is a great deal for what you get.
