Don’t use this service. Waste of time and money. App and web both drop off all the time. I wouldn’t use it if they paid me.

This year has been better but still have deal with too many Freeze Frame problems. My internet speed is around 409 MBPS download speed. Very frustrating.
  • Horrible customer service

Luke and Rashaundra didn’t know how to help me cancel my subscription so they just stopped responding.
  • A bit clunky but it works.

The worst part is, I can’t fast-forward half the time on the Apple TV app which drives me nuts since a lot of games are out of whack with the start times.
  • Trash App and Service

Please just let other services like Flow Wrestling and Track Wrestling handle streaming services for wrestling. I don’t want to pay for a subscription if you guys only cover one event one day all year.

Good luck to anybody wanting to rewind or fast forward, it just goes black and never loads. Not only that then you have to back out and get back into it and watch the same stupid ad every time. Also kept freezing up while still playing sound which may have been schools Wi-Fi don’t know yet. All in all not worth a subscription, it may be worth the frustration if it were free. Get rid of it and let the schools stream there own games
  • Should have known not to trust them…

NFHS just couldn’t get their act together in 2023 or 2024. I’ll be attending the games in person when I can, but NFHS can’t deliver reliable content- sometimes the game is available, but most times not. And they take your money, regardless.
  • Works half the time and poor customer service

About half the time the games I try to watch have technical difficulties (camera broke or not plugged in? IDK) or no score or game clock (either not displayed or at 0-0 0:00). Multiple times I have contacted customer support for these games. On the plus side, I do get a response from someone (anywhere from an hour to several days later). The problem is that there is zero resolution or explanation of the issue. It’s typically ‘we’ll look into it’. But I have never received a a follow up, even when I specifically asked for that. I pay full price for this subscription (and not a cheap monthly fee either!). It’s ridiculous that the use rate is as low as it is. I’ve never been offered a refund or rate discount for all the issues. I have never had even remotely the level of issues with any other so called streaming service even ones that cost much less per month. Is there a number or email to contact for whatever school is supposedly streaming a game that I can contact directly when there are issues? Because NFHS Network support is completely ineffective.
