Solid app and functionality. Wish there was a quicker way to switch between multiple cameras rather than going into the side menu. Also side menu should have the ability to appear with a swipe from the left side of the screen. Very clunky

I love this app for tracking my child’s food and diaper changes. But half the time I use this to check the monitor it buffers and never loads. For the price is kinda crazy. Wish the stream quality or load time improve it’s kind of disappointing.

The monitor worked super well for us and we enjoyed using it throughout our twins’ early years. One improvement suggestion - the cloud membership stores all of the memory videos, and there is apparently no way to download them all in bulk. The kids are old enough now that I no longer need to pay for cloud storage / the monthly analysis, but it appears I’ll need to download every single memory individually :(

People want to monitor their babies on a screen. You'd think the Nanit iPad app would be a company priority. You would be wrong. Entire paid features like video history and insights are not reachable in the app. The iPhone app has a multi-tab navigation that is perplexingly missing entirely on the iPad for no apparent reason. I nearly refunded my subscription thinking I had been scammed. The app also falls apart in multi-window mode, even if you keep the app in Fullscreen and never resize it. I have to minimize and maximize 2-3 times to actually see the feed. Nanit, give some love to your iOS developers and fix your product.

You know what is absolutely disgusting for a company to do? Force you to sign up for a subscription (free trial or paid for) just to use their product. What if you don’t want to use the trial and just want to use the product you already paid for? TOO BAD. What’s worse, is the trial routes you through a website to force sign up before you can use the app with your product, and going to the company website to try and login and cancel it gets you nowhere. There FAQ is out of date, and the in-app help is just AI that is completely useless. Guess how you cancel your subscription? You have to go to my.nanit.com to login and then cancel your subscription. How this is legal in the USA is ludicrous and hope this company gets sued into oblivion for this deceptive practice, as I know our European counterparts do not tolerate such shady behavior. Outside of their terrible initiation flow, Nanit has terrible data collection policies that are remarkably dystopian. Their CEO wants to track kids from birth to age 10, and to use the data they collect on your child, video feed included, to track and predict personality. I did not sign up for any of this, I just want a simple video feed baby monitor but apparently in the world of big data, that no longer exists. I will never buy another Nanit product, and you should not either

I trust Nanit with my baby’s life. Period.

Amazing product!

This app is unreliable. We have a strong internet connection, and have even upgraded our plan and yet, we do not get updated insights, access to clips in past activities, or summaries until days later. This system costs so much and yet we find ourselves using our other travel monitor that doesn’t require WiFi or a subscription because it’s more reliable.
