    This app is an absolute godsend as a frequent traveler and is the only packing list system that has ever worked with my AuDHD brain, it keeps me so organized as a chronic overpacker! The endlessly customizable lists are fantastic for specific types of trips. The included ones are very helpful and most people will be fine with them with only a little tweaking, but I love that for example I can have a list for my Disney World trips and Disney cruises—I’m not wearing mouse ears or bringing magic bands anywhere else, but they’re 100% necessary on those trips and this helps me remember. It’s just a joy to use too, the UI is simple and clean without a ton of unnecessary bells & whistles and the integration with TripIt—another godsend travel app for me—is really cool. It’s absolutely worth paying for. The one thing I don’t like is the shilling of Faye Travel Insurance in the lists, it’s easy enough to just delete it off the list but it’s annoying to have to do that every time I make a new trip. I have an annual plan with another vendor I’m happy with and credit cards for everything else. And it feels like stealth advertising to premium subscribers.

    This is the best packing app I’ve ever used and I’ve tried several. It organizes everything well and allows you to copy trip lists for a new trip. It keeps your old trips with the dates and even the weather during that trip so it’s like a little memory bank too!

    No lie, I use this for every trip. Right now I’m writing this while laying in a tent. Now I’m going to update my list so that next time, I don’t forget my rain fly. I remember almost everything now. No random Walmart/Dollar General trips for me.

    Absolutely loveeee this app! I have been using it for years and it is so helpful to make sure that I haven’t forgotten to think of things I need or pack anything. Good for any type of trip whether it be a weekend or week long. Would recommend to anyone.

    Good news everyone! There is an equally impressive alternative packing app available and it does not have ads nor does it charge a monthly fee. It’s great for people who travel once or twice per year and not enough to live in “subscription” mode like thjs app prefers that you do. I used to use this app quite a bit but the ads were added years later that I had not agreed to. Then to remove them, they wanted me to pay continually. No thanks. So many apps these days are moving to perpetual pay instead of one time payment. But there is no need for that. An alternate exists. Look for “packing lists” and find the app with the work “PACK” in white letters simply listed in the app icon.

    This is such an awesome app!! There are so many features I love, like creating a list for each traveler in your group and texting it to them, and making lists to always use for each trip to at you can make adjustments to for each trip, and the way you can touch an item and swipe left to edit, and swipe right to delete OR - touch the shopping cart and it takes you to a page where you can buy that item!!!! I love it. It makes putting together a packing list easy and fun!!

    I love Packr because it helps me think of thing to bring that I would probably forget. It helps you know how far away our trip is and it asks you want activities you want to do on your trip!

    Packing is the most stressful thing on earth for me. Until I found Packr I had tried paper lists, making my own lists, sitting in existential dread waiting for things to pack themselves. Packr has taken a lot of packing anxiety away. I have the premium version which has been the best for me. Being able to customize lists has been so helpful. I’ve been using Packr for years and I know I can simply generate a packing list, not forgetting anything, and start packing.
