    Search filter is completely useless. Tried to filter a search and kept getting zero or nearly zero search results in app whereas the same filters would have dozens of (accurately) results on the website. I just downloaded this two days ago and am about to delete it already.

    My dream house would be all Pottery Barn products. I try to save and little by little I’m setting up that dream home. Love the quality and the style. Kills me to pay for the shipping( costly) however is the best service. Anyway I end up preferring PB over other brands.

    I get PB texts and constantly get messages about the free design services. I scheduled an appointment online using an available time slot. Received a text a few hours later saying 4:30 pm Friday was not available. They suggested Saturday morning but I had plans for Saturday. So I went back online and I rescheduled for 3 pm on Friday which was another open time slot online. Received text message a few hours later saying 3 pm was not available, and the person suggested Friday morning but I work Friday mornings so declined. I went back online and scheduled design appointment for 1 pm Sunday. Received a text on Friday while at work where the person said they would come at 3 pm on Friday and I should confirm via text. I wound up working until 5 pm Friday instead of leaving at 1 pm (as originally planned) so I did not even see the text about 3 pm on Friday until after 3 pm. What happened to my requested Sunday at 1 pm appointment? No one has yet said they are coming. This “free design service” is wasting a lot of my time. Why are the appointment slots offered online not honored? The person texting me said they aren’t accurate because people come to the store and make design appointments. It appears PB is not tech savvy enough to update their website with the correct appointment information. Also, this texting back and forth is ridiculous. Why can’t someone just call me if the appointment time cannot be honored? I was redoing 2 rooms and PB has lost my business.

    Tried to buy patio furniture. App could barely handle me adding items to the cart, then added 117 cushions and froze. In addition to that, the UX is trash for PB. It shouldn’t be a headache to order furniture when the cushions are sold separately and yet it is. I found it incredibly frustrating to find the right items for different components of a patio set, I should be able to add them at the same time as the furniture. Not ordering anything on this app and I’ll probably shop elsewhere at this point.
