Deletes your login if you cancel your subscription, won't let you use the same email if you decide to re subscribe later on. Just decided to randomly log me out even with a subscription and won't let me relogin

Good content. User experience: I’ve never encountered the worst streaming app… doesn’t remember the episodes you watched, doesn’t give you the list of the episodes for the show (basically can’t go back and rewatch an episode unless you start over from ep1 and then you can go forward but not back..). I can live with yellow subtitles, although it would be nice to have a choice. Free apps have better UX than HIDIVE, they should be embarrassed..

It keeps asking me to resync my sub status, even mid show…

I use this because it has a handful of good titles on it but that’s the only possible quality this godforsaken app has. The user experience is absolutely awful. Some examples: When you’re watching a show, it doesn’t record what episodes you’ve seen so when you come back a few days later I sure hope you remember which episode you left off on. There IS a “continue watching” tab but it seems to only populate when you leave midway through an episode. So the shows I’m trying to actually watch aren’t there but the episode of a show I clicked on to rewatch a specific scene last year will forever be there. The forward/rewind buttons move the video 30 seconds at a time, compared to the more common 10 seconds. Wanna skip the intro? Nope, you either have to watch about a third of it or miss the first scene after it. The search feature is abysmal. I can type in the first few words of a show’s title but have to scroll through dozens of results that have NOTHING in common with my search query before getting to the show that matches it exactly. And it’s not just this app, either. Hidive is equally as bad on the website or on a smart TV. I mean for this review to be as insulting as possible to the developers because they have got to be the most incompetent people to ever work in tech. Fire them all and make a better user experience because right now it’s just easier to sail the high seas.

Did the yearly sub kicked me out the app missed spelled email no way to fix

The UI is complete garbage for example the UI is like from pirated anime website from the 2000s I’m afraid I’m gonna get a virus just by clicking on the app it’s trash I will not be paying for another subscription

The only reason I downloaded this app was cause i heard that you can download shows and watch later and boy oh boy its a lie when you have no service the app keeps closing and downloads keep restarting the app could be great but its trash according to my other app

The app have gotten better from what it once was and the user interface has improved significantly.

There is nothing more annoying than not being able to delete episodes from your continue to watch option. There are series that I don’t like to continue watching and I should have the option to delete it from my list of continue watching but for some dumb reason the app won’t let. I’m very disappointed ☹️. Please fix that
