I’ve seen most of what they have already. Not enough variety. Somewhat more importantly, they have an option to download shows, that seems great at first, but they never realized that the main reason to download shows is because the person doesn’t have data. Most times I need data just to use the app, and can’t see the downloaded shows without it. That Totally, completely defeats the concept of downloading the shows to begin with! Make it make sense, please! Allow the shows to be played when no data is available!

You shouldn’t be able to charge a person who just has an app and not an actual account and without their knowledge as well give me my 8 dollars back

TLDR I like the options but wish it had a bit more current anime. App needs work. Works differently miles apart on different devices but somehow sub style can’t ever be customized. Phone is best version so get ready for tiny-viewing. I gave in and finally got the app and subscription. The selection is good. I do wish they had more modern selections. By that I mean 00’s onwards. I don’t want the old stuff to disappear either. I just have a lot of other options to pick from also from the simulcast. Can’t spread my time that much. Now for the QOL. Subtitles can’t be customized. Makes reading illegible on 90% of what I watch. Sitting closer doesn’t much since the timing is also off. I miss entire lines all the time and rewinding doesn’t work properly. I watch primarily on TV now and my hand is on the remote constantly because the subs are awful. Some bad grammar but I can look past that since I can’t see it all the time anyway due to the default sub style. Not all devices have system-ready custom user options that work with app so I can’t depend on that either. Most legible subs are on phones and the screen is small. TV app is basically awful so watching is best done on a tiny screen instead of on TV.

I think the app should just be terminated its slow asf and doesn’t really save your continue watching, and all the anime it gets is the close to hentai ones and it could at least get all of the animes that arent on crunchyroll

This service shines when using your phone as a control for your tv, using this app on older TV’s leaves people with a bad taste in their mouth, however using your phone to connect to your tv solves this problem to the 10th degree, please, if you find your tv is having issues, change to just streaming from your phone as the app on the phones is very very good.

English caption disappears for extend period of time. Subtitles freeze for minutes at time. Translation of any text for English do not show up, if they do it’s scrambled. Nothing fixes the tissue. Tried restarting my iPad, deleting the app then redownloading, restarting internet, checking internet speeds. I do not have this issue on any other site. I’m watching Japanese Anime but do not speak or understand Japanese I must have consistent and accurate caption to enjoy the product I am paying to consume. I will once again end my subscription for the same reason I did last time, the content is not watchable. If there is an exclusive anime I want to see I’ll watch it on a sketchy site that has 100s of pop ups or wait till it’s available on another service.

The app is trash, sometimes I’m able to watch a series then out of nowhere an error message pops up saying it’s not available in my country even though I’d been watching multiple episodes. The dubs don’t show up sometimes and my overall experience with it has been horrible. Save your money or get Crunchyroll.

Overall I like the variety of content available. HOWEVER, my biggest gripe with this platform is the audio and subtitle syncing is below average. Often times the subtitles just randomly stop functioning or fall out of synch. Rarely does a full restart of the app resolve this issue and some places they just never show up. The only reason I keep this app is curiosity about what anime’s aren’t on the main streaming services. To the developers- please continue to improve this and user interface overall. It’d be nice to know what I’ve already watched and to have functioning subtitles.

Anime selection is amazing but when I’m watching an anime every 10 minutes it tells when the content is unwatchable and and I have to relog. Please fix this.

Im from Mexico and i pay 7 dollars for the subscription and I wanted to watch the dangers in my heart the movie with sub in Spanish but only has inglish and I just lost 7 dollars because I wanted to watch that movie in my tv in Spanish because idk so much English. If y don’t know English this app is shi for u, don’t lost Money as me,1 star for this app.
