I can’t log in at all it just glitches out and says something went wrong. Whatever bug fixes you did it ruined my experience

This is the worst anime streaming app I've ever seen. At this point I hope hidive gets eaten by sony/crunchyroll so I can stop using this app to watch 1 show every other season.

The app constantly crashes and after it crashes it won’t work for days on end. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times it still won’t start. The app is amazing when it works, but it only ever works for a couple of episodes then it goes right back to crashing and not working for days.

I can't view the episodes so i don't know if I'm not doing something wrong or the apps messed up. I like seeing how many episodes are released in order to finish them in one go however i can't. Anyways besides that i haven't run into any other problems. i just got it though so i may find more

App has some great shows but the app itself is terrible to navigate, make sure you remember which episode you were in as app doesn’t keep that logged, do not click on an episode without being on the series main page or you won’t be able to watch the next episode.

I want to Start with saying I was using sites that were less then legit but even they had better u.i. The struggle that comes with using hi dive is laughable is the worse ways . Actually not even with its entry price … please spend more time making things make more sense , let me look at the series from the episode I’m watching that’s in the series and let me see what episodes are new to what I’m watching not sure episodes i watched already . Terrible app

This is by far the worst streaming website/ app I have ever used, do the people running this app not use it? I now know why all the shows on it are pirated so much. I tried to do the right thing and get the app to watch the shows, but this is so awful. Don’t waste your time with this app for a long while, if it changes in this next month I will change my review.

App is terrible, doesn’t work on Roku either. Subtitles won’t show.

But I keep it cause there’s a few shows there I like watching. But no that I have to use a lightning av adapter I can’t even watch those few shows. I can listen to them… cause there no video only audio. Netflix Hulu Disney plus all work. But not HIDIVE or Crunchyroll.

I like this app & appreciate having a second app to watch anime Crunchyroll doesn’t have & it’s good to have competition in a space to keep innovation & improvement going… there’s some minor things that would make major improvements to this app on all platforms that would make it right up there with Crunchyroll. The video quality is great, the app Home Screen is well laid out & the unique “schedule” tab is awesome!… so I tend to believe a lot of money is being left on the table by not making some quality of life improvements considering Crunchyroll currently has over 1million reviews on the App Store there’s definitely a market Hidive isn’t tapping into enough at the moment but with some hard work from the devs they definitely could…•Consider alternative fonts & font colors to subbed content &/or allow users to select from a few options •10 second fast forward & rewind instead of 30 seconds/ sometimes it’s nice to push through an episode quicker but difficult to pinpoint where we left off at 30 second intervals •Skip intros(this one took a while for Crunchyroll to figure out so wouldn’t expect this as soon) •Hidive should have a cute mascot on display in the app •When saving content to watchlist it would be cool to save the show instead of the season. •Continuation of last point should save watch history to user account so we can jump right back where we left off. -apologies in advance apparently Apple Store reviews lump all text together even after I try to format it…
