    OpenPhone is nothing less then amazing. It has so many features that are so unique and imperative for our Med-Spa. No client is ever left without a warm response, clients are able to view openings on our website. Clients are encouraged to book through our OpenPhone link. We are able to customize a specific message regarding a treatment that OpenPhone allows us to save and update whenever needed. I personally love the snippets that are available to confirm appointments , send out the address for our locations and have we have very specific details about services that we offer. Out of all the software I’ve used in the business field I’ve worked in, OpenPhone has been by far my favorite and most helpful source of communication. Julie Mutino

    This app has charged me over $60 already. It prolongs approving your number to charge more. It’s denied my registration idk how many times. Each time I submit my registration form it charges $3 to $5. I’ve had this app for 3 weeks now and I’m still not able to text. I’ve gone back and forth trying to get my number registered. Still no luck. I’m deleting my account.
  • Drop calls!

    I was really hoping this app would work. I constantly drop calls even when I am on WiFi. I’ve also had to only use the app when I am connected to earbuds or I can put it on speaker. The screen does not dim when you put the phone near your ear so it is very easy to hit the end call button with your face/chin. Don’t waste your money.

    Horrible service. One of my ex employees can delete all of the messages (I paid extra to have the recordings) and the company can’t recover them.
  • Separate Call and Messages is very bad idea

    Recently they change to where the app has a separate tab called “Calls” which is super confusing and useless and even annoying. That tab will collect all calls and give you a notification for the number of calls you missed. But here is the issues, when you missed 2 or more calls from the same number then the app still notifies that you haven’t call that number back even when you called it because it count you have 2 missed calls from that number then you need to call it back 2 times. Because of the notification, it makes me call the same customers back to back and the customers get angry for the repeated calls and I almost lost sells. Clearly the devs don’t think it carefully or don’t codes it right before send out an update. Just a reminder for devs, this is a commercial paid app that you really need to test it before send out an update.

    Customer support is sketchy can never get anyone to actually speak to on the phone. I’ve sent several emails in regards to issues that I’m having response does not pertain to my issue.

    I had OpenPhone for a few years. The service is terrible. I couldn’t send outgoing texts and constantly had complaints of missed calls. I decided to finally take the time to try and port my number out. What a mistake. 21 days of emailing and calling with zero help. I finally found someone that would help me after 23 days and it turns out that they gave me the wrong account number. Oh, and they have no phone number or customer service. They finally emailed me the number to some other company that could “help”. No luck there either. I just happened to trick them into helping me and they read my account number to me, that’s how I finally found out what the issue was. Unbelievable. I’ve never had a worse experience.

    The absolute worse service I’ve ever had. They ruined my business. I paid for service and couldn’t use it. In order to talk with someone is either thru email or you have to schedule with them to give you a call, all the while having issues with your business number. It’s insane
