  • The 5 minute wait time feature is terrible

    The new 5 minute wait time feature is really annoying , if I am looking at the tee time and want to navigate away from the app, you should not prevent me from booking that time when I come back to the app. Terrible!

    It’s difficult to make tee times when all of the day’s times are listed and you tap on one and the app says that time is not available. When I go back to the previous screen, the time is still listed. This can happen a number of times, so by the time, I can finally find a tee time, it may be two hours later than when I wanted to play. There should be a feature for when a course, has an outing and tee times aren’t available it would tell you that. This app has so many glitches, it’s difficult to know if it’s working properly or not.

    Our club switched to this app for members to book tee times. Setting up the reservation is unnecessarily complicated (why do we have to indicate “member hold?”). Updating a reservation requires too many steps. Come on developers, do better.

  • Great app but could use some improvement

    I started using this app quite some time ago and I absolutely love it. While I love it, there aren’t many courses to choose from in certain areas. In a comparison to supreme golf, there are at least 10 more golf courses showing up within a 10-15 mile radius. Great platform to build on but could benefit greatly by adding more courses.

    Every email I have ever sent to support has never been answered. I’m just trying to get answers as to why my verification emails go to emails I didn’t input, and why when they finally go to the right email they never get sent.

  • Back and forth in and out

    This app is a great idea, but I think you should be able to book based off of potential tee-times. Bouncing back-and-forth between different golf courses and hoping to find a time that works is clunky and inefficient. what is much more important to me, is the teatime. The search should be based off of that and then you should be able to see which golf courses have availability at different times of day.

    It’s ok but needs work. For instance I tried to book a tee time for four players but it would only let me book for three. I called the club and had no trouble getting the 4th spot. Even though it has my name in the system it prices my round at full rate, not the senior rate.

    Do not buy any gift certificates as they do not work at any courses in Utah. Scammed me for $150. No customer service help. Said take it up with the courses. Dishonest company and terrible service.

  • Need payment options

    Love the convenience of being able to book tee times with the app. Would have. Given it 5 stars if you had the option to pay-at-the -course. The app forces you to pay in advance and the payment is non refundable. When making a tee time I don’t always know how many friends will be playing. In these cases you have to call. Seems like an easy fix.

  • Great app but needs more courses

    The app is great in terms of user-friendliness and syncing with the courses. Not enough courses result in a limited selection. If there were more courses to choose from in Colorado, I’d give it five stars.
