  • Service, yikes.

This used to be a 5-star review. My treadmill broke down nearly a year ago (on extended warranty) and they’ve been jerking me around ever since. A tech has been to my house 5 TIMES to replace different parts, with no effect. I spent another 90 minutes on the phone today, with repeated holds and transfers, only to have the last person tell me sorry, the service rep hasn’t written a note yet, and everyone has left for the weekend. All I can say is, if you buy an IFIT product, you better just hope it doesn’t break down, because trying to get it fixed is a protracted, mind-bending nightmare. The tech who now know the way to my house without directions is experienced and helpful, but IFit and their warranty contractor UTS have been terrible.

It is frustrating that it won’t allow me to edit my height, weight, etc. I’ve tried reaching out for support and nothing they say to try helps.
  • Update - 10.7.26. This app only cares about the trainers - NOT the riders.

Update (10.7.26) - I’m really starting to get frustrated with these videos to the point where I no longer feel joy in riding - everything about these videos clearly shows that iFIT cares all about the trainer and not a single bit on the rider, or consumer, and with NordicTrack we are left without any other options. There should be 1. No turning the camera sideways to face the trainer as they are talking making us have to watch and ride sideways. 2. The camera should never face the trainers making us ride backwards. 3. Stop cutting to artistic shots. Just follow the path. From start to end. These are not cinematic, Oscar-worthy “films” they are about exercising and healthy body and mind. Just ride. NordicTrack - please consider this feedback - I don’t really know how much more I can put up with this and probably can no longer return the bike which is not what I want to do… but seriously… please. I am now begging… UPDATE (8.4.26) —— first thank you for the genuine response, especially after I realized I used harsh words that were unwarranted and extremely inconsiderate. For that I’m truly sorry. I was literally typing while riding so I was probably a bit “triggered and definitely not fully attended. Anyway - I am sending your support team a bit more of a thorough and respectful constructive email to the address you provided. Again sorry for the harsh words and thank you again for your responsive service. Original review This app is horrible. IFITs “idea” of exercise is horrendous. Enough with the scenic shots and strolling through crowded pedestrian sidewalks. Also not all of us want to be lance armstrong. You need to restructure this entire app and service from inside out . No scenic panoramic shots during the actual ride. Use the time in the warmups and cooldowns instead of those 3 boring pictures that have nothing to do with biking over and over again. It completely takes the rider out of the immersive element that is supposed to be happening. Example - 6 minutes into a ride don’t show the dude sitting with a cup of coffee - I don’t care how good that coffee was. It’s not necessary one bit in this context. Also if you are going to be all over the inclines esp with the x24 bike, give descents a little bit of time don’t make us go all the way up and then cut again to something unnecessary instead of going down. It’s really not hard to figure that out. Take an example from rouvy. I would kill to be able to use that app on my NordicTrack instead of this nonsense.

  • Losing workouts, series, access.

Randomly, the series I have started disappears. When I try to search for a series or workout, I get zero results, no matter how generic I make the search. Additionally, even though I have a subscription, more than half of the workout options I see have lock on them. I cannot access those without accepting an upsell. Nor can I filter them out. So, my selection process is becoming more arduous. I feel like this is no longer the system I bought into.

I really hate that at this day and age, if I’m paying to use this app, I still have to manually control my bike, knowing that there is technology available where via Bluetooth the app has the ability to control my integrated iFit equipment to adjusted settings based on the app. Society is being nickel and dime to death.
  • Am I Right.

If she had said, am I right one more time I would’ve left. Decent workout, but kind of annoying. Also, the comment about if it’s not challenging you you’re wasting your time is a little insulting, some days all we have is moving our body

$1000 Nordic track useless without subscription. Now the website and app is having issues. I cannot even use my treadmill in basic mode. I cannot get ANY troubleshooting assistance from IFIT. Only AI, which repeatedly tries to send me to the same link that got me to ai. I believe I will attempt to sue in small claims for the cost of the treadmill and unused portion of my three year subscription. Stay away fro iFIT products and NordicTrack

Why cant i repeat the videos, its a lot of different moves to remember and its really annoying to not replay
  • DON’T GET IT, they’re paying for reviews

It’s impossible to cancel. They have dark ux patterns that make it nearly impossible to cancel once you’ve subscribed. For treadmills you’re required to pay a $40/mo subscription to access your netflix account
