  • Needs landscape mode on homepage

    App works great for the most part. The only disappointment is that it defaults to portrait mode when not actively reading a comic. Would be much easier to navigate if I had the option to stay in landscape

  • Terrible UI - no landscape when searching - buy something else

    Can’t use a keyboard to move the comic. Cannot use landscape mode when searching for comics like every other app. I am using a $350 apple case with keyboard and the app doesn’t have landscape mode when you open it up and look for a comic. LOL WBD is trash for this one.

    I enjoy the updates, but it is unfortunate I cannot browse the app in landscape without activating Stage Manager. The comic loads fine, but not the rest of the app. I routinely have my iPad connected to a keyboard, so the option would be cool. It wasn’t always this way.

    The app is just…trash. It doesn’t rotate u til you open a comic…and the. It’s just a smallish page. It lacks all the dynamics you find in the Marvel app.

    Bring back landscape navigation. Add Split View when in landscape option. Option to remove from keep reading section things I didn’t like.

    The worst subscription services are always the ones that make it easy to subscribe through their app, but impossible to unsubscribe the same way. Now I gotta jump through hoops on other platforms just to end this subscription I’m not even using. Don’t get fooled by this bait and switch service, it’s literally a money grab and hardly anything more.

    First off, taking away landscape navigation is almost certainly to simplify development and save time on layouts, which would be fine if not for the fact that 1) tablets are the definitive way to read ebooks so why would you not develop for them, and 2) you’re charging more now for less functions. The reading experience is great, and the catalog is deep, but they really hate organization here. It’s way too hard to get an idea what storylines go into what, what events tie into what, and there’s absolutely zero methods of organizing things chronologically. You can’t even sort by release date. There’s very little in the way of helpful layouts or reading guides. There’s collections but they’re generic and broad. Do you want to read what’s been going on lately across many books? You’re out of luck. There needs to be a timeline or things need to be grouped by year or something. It’s especially bad when there’s a long running series that hasn’t been broken into volumes and you have the scroll through the whole run to find the point in the run you’re looking for.

    Updated the app the day I’m writing this and I can no longer use the search feature. Looks like this problem has happened across all users, this needs to get fixed ASAP
