    Keep getting a message: Unfortunately, we do not have enough variation in our meal plans with the courses and/or allergens you have selected. Please change your selections or check back in a few weeks, as we are continuously addina more recipes to our svstem. Even though I made no selections- tried to submit a ticket and the message won’t send

    I used this app for over a year. But the “redesign” means forcing you to subscribe to their premium service by inundating you with ads at every click now. Its completely unusable now and worthless.

    The free version has too many commercial interruptions to use effectively. I purchased a subscription so I am new to the app and learning each day. I like all the data I can track associated with eating a Keto diet with weight loss as a goal.

    I lost 85 lbs in almost exactly a year. I have maintained that loss for a year and two months. Keto continues to work for me as no other plan ever has, & I’ve tried many! Because I exerted the effort to record all the nutrition and exercise and water facts, I was able to review and adjust to continue losing, or to maintain, as I have been doing. This app did not make that easy, but it did make that possible, & for this I am grateful! I especially appreciated the recipes and the multiple-choice measuring tools.
  • Full screen ads are terrible - app decent

    Edit: after a few more days of use, the ads to make this app unusable. Stay away from it. First, I have to say the app is decent for logging macros. Take all nutrition amounts with a grain of salt, not all are accurate. Now the ads are terrible. They take up full screen and you have to hunt on the screen for the close button. I understand ad supported content, but when it takes away from the user experience the way this app does, I am questioning whether I want to look for something else.

    Lost a lot with this app it taught me how to pay attention to my carbs as a vegetarian which was not the normal. I’m back to reloose because life threw me some curb balls, and I enjoy knowing this is here to keep me losing. There are so many new products that make it easier than when I first began keto! Eggs, cheese, nuts, almond milk unsweetened and Quest keep me on track. Taught others how this works and always recommend this app.

  • Great app until unwanted unstoppable ads on free version

    User experience = 0. I downloaded the app and found it initially to be fairly easy to use, if somewhat buggy re. the barcode reader. At first the extent of the ads were more off-putting than I have experienced elsewhere, but then one came up that not only played loud obnoxious music but it also took over the screen and prevented me from using the app any further - or so it seemed. As I was writing this review the ad must have timed out and I could get to the app content once again. I’d almost deleted the app during the experience, and still likely will. I have no problem with most free apps that rely on ads to cover the cost, but there is a limit to my tolerance for them. The experience pretty much justifies for me the cost of another app rather than this one - ads or no ads.
