Should have more publicly available stuff but this is an amazing app.

The app constantly logs me out of my subscription in the middle of watching events and even replays. Very frustrating, do not purchase. Customer service is no help either.

2024 review: Similar problems as last year. Going to the website on our not-so-smart LG TV, the app is slow and buffers often. The menu system is crude and requires lots of scrolling through the various games. Unable to filter for a country/team, men/women, date, location or any other useful method; just lots of horizontal scrolling and that’s very time-consuming. If we don’t watch an entire game replay, it sometimes remembers where we stopped it and sometimes doesn’t. Recently learned VB TV will only let you logon on two devices at a time. 2023 review: Really having trouble getting the app to work reliably. It tries to get me to subscribe, and when I do, it says my subscription expires in 6 months. Then it connects me to a live game, but only briefly. After a minute of watching a live game, it pops up with something like “This is not available in your area”. What? I’m not using a VPN, so why won’t it work? I live in Texas, but traveling in California at the moment, but that shouldn’t matter. So, it’s really buggy software in terms of dependable user authentication.

This app is great for watching volleyball. However it logs you out several times a day. Including in the middle of watching matches. It just suddenly kicks you out. Otherwise it’s great for watching volleyball.

This app has the worst streaming compatibility I’ve ever seen. You can’t even watch a full set without it crapping out. It takes multiple attempts to get it to pair in the first place. Forget about trying to fast forward between sets cause that will make it fail as well. VBTV had the audacity to raise its prices on a platform that just doesn’t work flat out. We deserve better. Whoever worked on this app deserves to be fired.

I’d pay for premium subscription to watch VNL, and won’t let me watch any game after a week. This happened before and so distracting I try to reach Customer service with no response at all I don’t even think they have one.
