    Reply to developers: Supports only suggestion is to go through removal request process, which I can’t do as the entry is not of me. So I am stuck seeing an entry that is not mine. There is no longer a way of ignoring a misidentified entry. Privacy Monitor lists IDs that aren’t me. The are same name but a different person. There used to be an option of “Not me.” That option is gone, so now I keep seeing these on my list with no way to remove them. I can’t request a removal, as they aren’t me.

    I have had LifeLock monitoring any transactions regarding several properties I own. During that time two of the properties were sold by me. LifeLock failed to acknowledge or notify me why that the properties were sold and still list them in my account. ——- The point is that the sale of the properties were undetected by LifeLock and could have resulted in major loss to me. It is wrong to call these events “an inconvenience”.

    Since the latest updates I have to login from scratch on the website when the app is set to use face-ID. Pain in the rear-end and much less usable.

    For some reason you now have to sign in every time even though I’ve enabled Face ID. This app is getting more broken every day.

    Ever since recent updates I’m not able to automate logging in. Despite clicking enable Face ID and remembering User ID it’s like starting over from scratch at every log in which is not how things used to be. Please fix or be sure to accept ability to leverage FaceID to log in and shorten/simplify the log in process.
  • Waste of your money

    I received a notification from Nord VPN that my information showed up on the dark web and gave me a solution; but LifeLock gave none and never showed I had a leak. This identity protection is worthless. I would never recommend this brand to another living soul.
