Hume Health

After the last update the app is becoming less useful for people who don’t pay for the monthly subscription. It’s not enough that you spend hundreds of dollars on the scale now they are putting more information behind the monthly subscription such as the health score which use to be free. Can’t wait for the next update when they put your weight behind it as well.

I love this scale so much it tells me areas I need to work on. I love it so much I bought the band.

Weight not accurate. Why is it that I can jump on the scale twice and it can sometimes be 4lbs a part? It’s hard to trust. Not exactly sure how much I weigh.

4/5. Keeps me accountable in that I’m always trying to crush the next goal. I would love if I were able to track all of my activities like elliptical and biking, not just walking, running and weight lifting. The icon says “coming soon” but when is soon? It’s been months with no update.

I like it, but I find that Hume band that I bought and the one that I bought for my girlfriend is not always accurate. Can be very frustrating.

My wife gave me a Hume band for Christmas. Device worked but would not report any sleep data. I emailed support. Their AI sent me instructions to fix. Completed the process and the Hume band stopped reporting completely. I submitted a request for a live person to help me troubleshoot the issue. They confirmed some one would reach out. They never contacted me. I submitted multiple request for support. I received the same AI steps. Asked for live support. We set appt time. Again no response. Do not buy this product

We tried the band and the app and we are not happy with the real time analysis and information. It just makes no sense and is vague at best

I went all in on the Hume ecosystem. Initially, I ordered the band and assumed that some of the app issues were due to the fact that I did not own the Hume pod/scale so it was giving inconsistent updates. Despite owning an excellent alternative scale and body measurement product, I ordered the pod. Unfortunately, I find the tracking inconsistent and have to disconnect and re-pair both devices often. When the tracker does not pick up sleep or other data, it makes the reports nearly useless in the app. If there was a way to remove or report an error when there is missing data so that the app can take that into calculation, that would help. However, ideally the product would naturally be more consistent and not fail as often. I have owned many fitness trackers and smart watch devices and have not had such inconsistencies. It’s disappointing since the AI reports and insights make this an appealing product.

I’m loving Hume Health app. The quick body scan, detailed analysis with the easy to read progress indicators and overall summary have been very helpful for me. Alongside Hume I use a food tacking app and exercise 3-5x a week, seeing results in real-time is motivating.
