    I love it that I can see all of my messages from clients in one place. I don’t have to switch between emails. Also my clients like it when they communicate directly from the Go Daddy platform.

    Since GoDaddy switched us from SmartLine to Conversations we have had nothing but problems. This is an example of American company sells to a foreign company and everything gets worse. This app is a ZERO STAR.
  • A huge let down compared to SmartLine

    No caller ID on incoming calls. I was able to answer my clients calls with their name now I have no idea who is calling. You wouldn’t think this to be an issue until your customers ask what’s up with the change of greeting. Recently I’ve sent texts and their is no record of it in my app. I resend it and it the same thing. Makes it very unprofessional sounding when I call to confirm they received it and more unprofessional when they never receive it after I had to confirm with them. Calls just drop or are never made with a message stating “call failed”. I then have to call from my personal line and it goes through just fine. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying for a second line. Adding in new contacts works sometimes. Also the app sometimes blocks being able to add someone on the first try and a repeated effort sometimes resolves this issue. I then add them into my personal contacts and when using conversations they are not able to be found. I will be looking for a new app but will make sure I am not past the deadline as a prior user had to find out the hard way.

    GoDaddy forced everyone over to this new app and it’s slow, glitches, you cannot see text history to a certain number until you send another text (used to be able to see this info in the old app), app crashes often while you’re in the middle of a conversation… too many issues to list. No real improvement since its rollout. We’re ready for a new provider. Get it together, GoDaddy.

    I have used SmartLine for a very long time - it wasn’t perfect but way better than this garbage app - seriously I have lots of apps on my phone and it’s been years since I have had an app this unresponsive - it requires multiple exits to finally get to a place where you can see messages. I have no idea why they just couldn’t leave SmartLine running until this was just as good or better - who ever the team is on this app needs to just reskin SmartLine and call it a day. Hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully someone up top reads this.
