    We have been using GoDaddy for years for our business lines. It used to be an app called SmartLine, we had no issues until they switch over to this Conversations app this past year. Nothing but issues now! Caller ID does not work, even making simple phone calls does not always work (our customers don’t always receive these calls and I have to use my personal line to reach them), it randomly logs me out, I miss multiple phone calls a day because this app doesn’t always ring or show an incoming phone call until the customer hangs up. As a small business, these problems can be detrimental for us. I am now having to look at having to get a second phone

  • Even after the upgrade

    This app had never worked correctly even after the most recent upgrade. Combining Smart Line with Conversations app is clearly not working. All my clients go right to voice mail and I am missing important calls. I have called support many times and it has yet to be solve the problem.
  • Not bad, but shouldn’t NEED a “app”

    The app isn’t bad, but I should be able to set all of this up without putting even more quickly written software on my device and just have the number and texts forward to another number for voice and the remainder including VMs & texts come in as emails
