  • Great Concept, APP falls short though!

    Unfortunately this didn’t work for me, I was very excited to try it. Setting it up was a breeze, from downloading the profile to trusting the certificate, easy. Once I got it up and running, every time I click accept on a Lyft request I got an Error Message and it would still accept the ride, but the screen would freeze until I ignored the request, with Uber, every time I tried to accept a request it would again freeze the app and give me an error message and it would reject the ride request. I wish it worked out for me, I really like the app interface and the user friendly features. For now I’ll just accept rides manually. 😒

    I gotta say that having an app to calculate everything for you is amazing. The only problem is that Uber Español is not in the type list and I gotta have the setting for rejecting a ride in manual mode. I do have a request! Please add Uber Español type to the list. Hope it gets added soon. I really need it! Thank you!

    Mystro worked ok for a couple of months. When I say ok, I mean I have probably uninstalled and reinstalled this app about 30 times. The idea is great but Mystro is poorly executed and does not function seamlessly with Uber Driver. For the last week I have not gotten any surges in the Uber Driver App. I reached out to the Developers and received NO SUPPORT whatsoever. I pay $18.99 for Mystro and they have no one to help with troubleshooting? Buyer Beware, this app will hinder your ability to earn money. You’ll spend most of your time troubleshooting and reinstalling the app. Mystro is a waste of time and especially MONEY!

    My Lyft app cannot be online because the software cannot be found and I need to re-verify my identity. I don’t know what to do.

    As a black driver, I have to set my settings rather high during peak demand and it’s annoying to have to hold the plus button for 2-3 minutes to get to the desired number each time I want to change.
