    Functionality — when you try to search and select app from App Store you get this message: "The data couldn't be read because it is missing." Also you can't use the option to contact support as it doesn't function. It was a great app but has not functioned as it used to for last two revisions. Not worth $34.99/year as it now functions.

    I got the app probably over a year ago, and it worked so well for a long time, but it’s completely fallen apart - the widgets no longer work in any way (for a while they just started being glitchy, now they don’t work at all) and now the app itself doesn’t work. If you even just try setting up a new widget - none of the interface works. Most of the options are glitchy or completely blacked out. It looks like the app support for this died. 2 stars because if they ever get it working again, I’d love it, but I’m definitely not paying for a subscription anymore. It’s a shame really😕

    The “contact us” button is not working in the app so I’m making a review instead. I’ve been using this app for years across multiple devices and have loved it and never had an issue until now. I got the new m4 13” pro and I’m now unable to get it to work. I like to use the calendar widget with a transparent background. But the position adjuster for the transparent background is 1/3rd of the size it’s supposed to be and it only showing in the top left corner and the other positions are cut off so that it can’t be used and the correct location cannot be chosen. I thought I’d try just picking a random background since the transparent set up wasn’t working, but when I tried that, the whole calendar is pushed down and all that can be seen is the month and the first week. 3 star because I genuinely loved this app and I hope it gets fixed.

    The transparent background widgets don’t work for iPhone 16/iPhone 16pro. They need to put out an update that fixes this.

    Now the widgets appears as a black block, specially in transparent mode. It’s a shame because it was a good app until this problem happened

    I love this app so so much, I’ve been using it for years now and I haven’t found another app that lets you customize so much on the free version. Yes, there are ads, but they’re so SO worth it. I can literally make any app icons I want, (almost) any widget I want, and the ability to just create and save themes is so so nice because I can plan out my next few phone themes and then whenever I feel like a switch I can just go into my gallery and install it super quick. There was a really sad error or whatever recently where it wouldn’t load anything except for the widgets, but now it’s back to being fully operational and I. Am. So. Excited! (I really love this app)

    I really loved this app and the widgets were very useful but now the weather feature is broken and has been for a little while. Hoping this gets fixed soon as it's the main reason I use this app!

    I get the following error when trying to do just about anything: Error: The data couldn’t be read because it is missing. I can’t choose apps, can’t select apps, can’t really use it in any way. Will be reporting to Apple and requesting a refund.

  • Trying To Charge Me Again/ Functionality Not Working

    I set my subscription about a month ago to not renew annually. My App Store says that I have until 12/05/24 to use the app (that is when my annual subscription would have renewed). However, for the past month (since choosing not to renew) I have been unable to download any themes. When I try to download anything the app says that I will be charged and leads me to the screen to confirm a purchase. I should have add access (without additional charges) for at least a month that I have not been able to use. I took screen shots today (11/16/24), if you would like to see them. Please either refund me 1/12 of what I paid annually, for the last month where I have not been able to use the app, or fix the problem and give me as additional month of access for free.
