THE BASICS: 1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients. 2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet. 3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day. Most recipes are therefore quick, easy & ideal for take-away. 4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard! 5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!     I’ve been using this one for about a year and a half. I have used other apps to do workout as well but I’ve sticked to this one for many reasons. It hasn’t bored me yet. The variaty of workouts and chroegraphy and music have made me keep going. Being user friendly and ofcourse the time management is sth exeptional. Keep up the good work Pam.🙏🏻🙏🏻✌🏻✌🏻

    I use the Pam app religiously for my workouts. It’s free so might as well check it out!! This past year I stayed committed and my friends and family all noticed. I point them to the Pam app, showing them all the options for workouts and recipes. There is something for everyone <3

    Whoever created this app really thinks about its user. It user friendly! I keep telling my family and friends about this…pimping it out. The price point is great, pretty much everyone can afford it. The workouts are fun, love the music, could use a little more variety but who cares. She’s doing her. I haven’t tried many of the recipes but how great is it to have hundreds or thousands of recipes at your fingertips? Also, her personality comes out in every video, it’s like she is giving all her users High fives all around after the workout. Such a great app. Thanks!

    I love using this app for my workouts and to keep my personal workout plans on there but it’s been crashing when I turn my phone horizontally for the past couple days. Even deleted it (had to delete all my playlists too…) and redownloaded. Still doesn’t work. No new updates as of right now. Hopefully someone can help??

    I’ve been watching Pam’s workout videos on YouTube for multiple years, like before COVID. I used to watch her videos all the time because I was a competitive gymnast. Then I quit gymnastics, lost my body tone, and now I want to get back into being consistent with my workouts and eating healthy. I then found this app! There are so many great recipes and amazing workouts that just help me feel like the gymnast I was years ago!

    I’ve been using this app for over a year, maybe 2 and the features of food and workout plans make it easier to eat healthy and maintain a workout routine I enjoy. The many added features make a convenient habit and mood tracker! I’m slightly disappointed I can’t order any of Pam’s products, but at least I can enjoy all the other convenient features, polls and inspo!
