Your team and people do not care about artists and what we do. All you do is make money off of us. One song with an uncleared sample of an album? Bam whole album gone. Ohh you got 1 million streams and plays bam you get $40 and a high five it’s just not right. No humans to talk to unless you go through a chat box that starts with an ai. and it’s got worse over the years I’ve used y’all. I’m tired and sick of how I am treated. I’m a number to you not an artist who cares. You are not good people you are hear to make money from me and that’s it. If you cared you would help. I will not be recommending you to any ever.

I purchased DistroKid’s cheapest plan, but while uploading my song, my subscription suddenly switched to the most expensive plan. My card was charged for an upgrade I never authorized. To me, this felt like theft. Thankfully, my bank reversed the charge and returned my money. Without their help, I felt I had no way to resolve the issue. This experience completely destroyed my trust in DistroKid.

DistroKid is just simple the best check it out now asap.

I paid leave a legacy and cover license and DistroKid deleted my album without giving me information and now I can’t talk to nobody about recovering my music that works so hard on. And now they want me to re-upload it again without helping me. Very displeasing to know that they would do that after I paid everything and put everything incorrectly. The first time they deleting everything from everything.

Love the app. Fast and easy uploads to all major music sites. Love the service.

Ive read lots online of people getting scammed by distrokid. It too happened to me. I was just simply on the app putting info in for a new release when all of the sudden I get an apple wallet notification saying i bought their highest plan. I had not been on that plan, and definitely did not click anything to buy it. I took screenshots of everything and sent emails and calls. I got on a live chat and they were being super shady. I had to make a few threats which I do not like to do so they would eventually give me money back. And instead of giving me my money back of course they did some weird thing where they refunded the rest of my current plan and half of the new ultimate plan, but I got to keep the upgraded plan for the rest of the year. I did the math and they made like a few dollars off me, still unacceptable. I immediately cancelled and deleted my account with them. Just be aware.

Told me I had a year for 25 dollars and took my money the same month and stop letting me post my music in not trying to refund me
