Paid member, but your app doesn’t work. HLE app cannot be accessed at all for so long time! It happened before and fixed a couple of days. I cannot use my membership and Pop almost a week! How are you gonna pay for this?! It keeps saying that “couldn’t find the webpage”. No in-app customer support available.

Posts and photos, even emoji reactions don’t load and you have to tap buttons two or 3 times before the app even shows some kind of loading feedback Every page is an internal web browser but if you’re on the web nothing actually works

not the best app. insanely laggy, slow and notifications being sent to you twice (normal notifications and an email) is incredibly annoying and it fills up your email inbox. would love it if you made your app less laggy, quicker and only sent one notification through. until then, this app stays at one star for me.

It would be more convenient if we can purchase the pop service with app store.

I was thrilled BILLLIE FANCON CONCERT was available to me thru FLNK/b.stage app. And when REPLAY came out weeks later with subtitles I eagerly Airplayed from my iPad to my 55" TV. Imagine my surprise when no subtitles appeared on my tv screen! I also had to play around to actually see the video, a lot of times I just got a black screen, though the App showed connected & the music was playing through my tv. Obviously when there is a downloadable App for iPad one expects full functionality. I have communicated thru FLNK customer service 3 times & received responses that were less than fully accurate & elucidating. Since I'm a huge BILLLIE FAN I want to make the effort to be able to watch FLNK Concerts through Apple TV with English subtitles. iPad is better than nothing, but I've never had an issue with watching other concerts with Airplay before. So I guess I'm saying the inteface has massive room for improvement. Also their very brief last answer that the Apple App may not work well, is less than enlightening. I am going to order a CHROMECAST DONGLE & see if the Android app does in fact perform better projecting from my Moto Android Phone.

I’ve used this app for all of two days and it’s insanely laggy. It takes over 5-10 seconds for my tap to register to go to a new tab. But the worst offense is the fact that the translation doesn’t even work properly. The auto translate catches like one or two words to translate and misses out on the entire context of what’s being said. Taking a phrase that’s said pre translation and plugging it into google translate is far more accurate than the in app translate. It makes me want to uninstall the app genuinely. I can’t actively use this app and pay for a subscription if I can’t even accurately read what people are saying.

Why does this app take up 4 gb of space on my phone. I only got this to follow Rocky. This is the biggest app on my phone and now my phone says its outta space. I use my phone for personal and for work. I can’t have this hogging space and memory. Plz fix.

If you like buying concerts and watch on a tv screen NOT on a small phone don't even waste your $100 because the app won't even help your phone cast the picture to a tv to watch stuff you PAID for even if you have a device to help cast your phone screen because your tv somehow won't cast from your phone without wires and HDMI devices to help. I have the wires, I connected the HDMI to watch phone ON TV and it doesn't let you view YOUR content. Do I get a new tv? No. I'll just never buy from this app again. 14 days of rewatching privilege for two concert days USELESS now. I literally watched BOTH concerts LIVE this exact same way when they played live and now Nothing plays it just pauses and blanks the screen. first time in 9 years I've ever had bought replays without being able to actually enjoy them. this is the FLNK site of the app if it matters. I'll be using the same setup to watch animation now on a TV instead.

Generally a pretty good app from a usability standpoint. However there is currently no way to translate posts in-app, making the process inconvenient for anyone who does not speak Korean. I would like to see an automatic translation function in the future.
