first of all this app misled us to a dangerous path, we hardly found the way out of the woods in Bavaria. It doesn’t update if there logging or soil collapse. Then it kept charging weekly, with no notifications. I only spotted the charges on monthly review of the bank statements. It charged me again after I officially discontinued the subscription and only agreed to refund partially. So be sure to cancel the subscription in the beginning of the trial period. And they send you to ask for refund from you credit card company not in the app. The whole cancellation process is designed for you to not be able to unsubscribe from it easily. I wouldn’t even bother to try it.

App progressively got worst, navigation is worst thwn google maps and this morning wome up to error messages and account being partially unusable. Be careful pre paying for the whole year like I did

Too infuriating to use. Simplicity is not this app’s strength. I’d rather use Google or Apple maps at this point.

$5/week for what? Missing most trails in ATL. Not great filtering trail system. Missing major city trails.
  • Tricked at signup

Offered a free trial which I selected, but somehow they ended up charging me anyway. Canceling is not easy to find. Beware!

This app is so useful for biking navigation that it is tragic that the entire experience is locked behind an idiotic UI designed to “engage” users over the utility it otherwise provides. I have no desire to use a navigation app as a social media tool and I deeply resent the developers’ insistence that I should. For example, you need to dig deep to uncover the actual navigation utility of the app. When you go to plan a route for the day you actually have to switch the command interface off it’s default setting, which is designed to let you “discover” routes nearby, rather than actually routing you to your destination; to do that, you have to press the “+ Plan” button. Ridiculous. Also, there is no clear way to end a route once you are finished with it. To do this you have to go into the “controls” button and then press a “Pause” button and then there are about 5 more pop up screens you have to click through to actually end the route. For a paid app, this is an absurd amount of effort to go through for basic functionality. I DO NOT WANT to use a navigation tool as a social media bit. I suggest the developers bifurcate the navigation tools from their attempt to be the TikTok of biking. Not every app needs to be a social media engagement platform. Stop this nonsense/ you are not TikTok and you never will be. Stay in your lane

I found the user experience on this to be absolutely frustrating and clunky. Too much unintuitive clutter to do something as simple as plan a cycling route.
