    When it works, it’s great. Currently on my tv, phone and tablet. Phone and tablet run ok with minimal issues (who wants to watch on that small screen) but television is constantly showing errors saying Internet has been interrupted when there are 0 Internet issues. End up having to power off the tv to get paramount to reset. No other apps have this issue.

    For a company of this tier, the app is very unoptimized for TV’s. I have a new hisense google tv. The app is always glitching and lagging when I’m watching a live sports game. When watching regular tv series, it would randomly start freezing and playing at 1 fps if I try to rewind or fast forward. Lots of debugging and optimization needed, especially for TVs.

    Absolutely Horrible App I honestly cannot understand how a company as large as Paramount can put out an app this poorly designed and frustrating to use. The Paramount+ app takes an absurdly long time to load. I’m constantly staring at the spinning circle, waiting and waiting for the app to respond. It is incredibly frustrating. The worst problem is when watching live TV. Once I’m watching live programming, I cannot reliably get back to the home screen to choose something else. I have tried exiting the app and reopening it, but even that doesn’t solve the problem. On more than one occasion, I have actually had to physically turn off my TV and restart it just to get the app working again. Then, of course, I have to wait forever for Paramount+ to load all over again. This is not a minor inconvenience. It makes the entire service incredibly frustrating to use. Streaming apps are supposed to make watching television easier, not turn it into a battle just to navigate the app. Paramount should be embarrassed to have an app this unreliable. With the resources and size of this company, there is simply no excuse for putting out such a shoddy, poorly functioning product. I pay for Paramount+ because I want to watch its content. I should not have to fight with the app every time I use it.
