  • Garbage app

I signed up, like about 15 people, about a hour later went back to see if I had likes. Can’t get in. I am told I violated the terms of service, but they refuse to tell me which one. Went restore my account. Better apps out there! This one is garbage.
  • UI/UX fix

Love the app, but can please the front end dev fix the chat input field and center the text vertically? I’m UX designer myself and it drives me crazy!!! 😂 While we at it give users the chance to like and dislike others without scrolling, I do read bios mostly but if someone is not my type let me just bypass the profile. Like if I’m not interested in men, but I’m on the free version of the app, just let me skip/dislike the ppl who are definitely not the match without scrolling.

Don’t waste your money on the subscription its $20 for a month. Nobody actually messages each other. You get matched than there is zero communication. Seems like alot of bog talk but its just a bunch of flakes. The most boring app & subscription service Ive been on.
  • Tons Of Verified Scammers

This app needs to get its act together with their verification process. I’m on Hinge, Bumble and OKCupid too and never have I ever experienced seeing so many “verified” profiles be obviously fake. If they’re not obvious, you’ll chat with them a long time before the profile is suddenly deleted without reason, which is usually because someone else reported them. I’ve had to buy a call screening app because I am not regularly harassed by a user on Her who I spoke with for over a week on the app and then gave my number to. Surprise surprise, I go back to the app only to see the profile is deleted. Her will not alert you when a match’s profile has been deleted or reported. It’s just gone and you have to find out by checking yourself. The queer community deserves better. Not to mention the social media part of the app is poorly moderated and just of nudity, raunchiness and straight up porn.
  • SO MANY PAYWALLS

I think this is the worst dating app I’ve tried. I do not know how it is the editor’s choice. It constantly wants me to pay to see really anything. And many profiles are not verified which makes me think fake for sure. So don’t waste your time - tinder is better.
  • No Support

Support is horrible. The same template response without reading or reviewing the situation at hand. Other apps have replied with individual responses. Just feels like there no ppl working or reviewing anything.
  • To many creepy men

Due to the rules to many creepy cis men are on this app saying they are trans or bi curious, straight, pan, as a away to get on the app and harass women and post pictures of their junk. Their needs to be better safe guards in place to protect women from this. Even more so because the app is called her and it’s made for women seeking women not CIS men being creepers and lying. It’s also very dangerous and can lead to harassment and stalking by not making better efforts to protect the people on here.
  • Dry

Well my account is currently on hold for “breaking community guidelines “ whatever that means. Whatever system they’re using is super glitchy and you have to pay to do literally anything. I’m never on there anyhow, looks like I won’t be returning. Mostly men and couple requests. I enjoy Taimi though.
  • I like the app (other than cishet men?) but there’s no emoji keyboard and no support

My emoji keyboard doesn’t show up in messages. I’ve tried deleting app, updating, restarting, deleting/reinstalling my keyboard and resetting my keyboard settings (even though this app is the only one w this problem) Response to developer: you asked me to contact support. I did 5 days ago. You haven’t responded.
  • Basically unusable if you don’t pay

You can’t like more than a few people at a time until it locks you out for a whole day, asking you to subscribe if you want to have access to features. It’s pretty frustrating that so many apps are going subscription-based now, and I expected better from a queer app. I don’t want to use Tinder or the like, but at least they serve their function without having to shell out money!
