    Why will the iPhone app not show price rules. It defeats the purpose if I can’t use my markup on invoices when using the iPhone app. Please update.

    I have had nothing but issues with this app, and then on top of that I just opened it to update some things, and all my data is gone. Tried updating the app, turning my phone on and off, closing out of the app and re opening signing out and signing back in. But all my data, estimates, invoices, mileage and everything else is gone it just shows my company name thats the only thing it didn’t loose…🤦🏼‍♂️

    I have updated my app, logged out and back in but no matter what I do I will click on the mileage box and then it’s frozen. I can scroll, I can’t press any buttons and I can’t organize my mileage. Needing ASAP assistance

    I have been using QB on my iPhone perfectly for a long time. Now it is useless. No one asked for changes. You literally forced a brand new GUI on me to learn. My data isn’t updating. I’m so mad right now. No way to express my disappointment in QuickBooks. Who in the world there would authorize this horrible update. Currently looking for other alternatives. I’m very disappointed.     I'm not sure how this service can charge users over $20 a month for such a faulty product. Even trying to do simple tasks such as uploading a receipt has become troublesome. The receipt will show in multiple locations and does not populate simple/clear information. It's also extremely disappointing and confusing that this app can no longer be downloaded on an iPhone. This service has seriously gone downhill and I'm hoping to find a comparable alternative option.

    I’ve been using this for 8 years and it does everything one would need in bussiness, estimates and invoices look professional and the endless ways it will keep track of all money , quotes , invoices , billing , when you have been paid , when you haven’t been paid ……. I LOVE IT!!!

    I cannot access my original self-employed account. I get an error message when I select the app on my laptop . The mobile app thinks I’m a new user. I found a back door way of getting in briefly and now all of my data has disappeared. it is acting as if I am a brand new user. I have been using this for nine years now and I need my data back. I tried to get support but it is not intuitive.

    Quickbooks just made a huge update. With the new update, you are not able to search invoices through the mobile app or customers. we also have issues finding invoices by searching invoice number on the web app. It’s mind-boggling to me that is largest this would roll out something so terrible. I have been in contact with every tear of Support agent and all of them are unable to do anything to fix the situation. If you’re thinking about switching to QuickBooks or using QuickBooks, I would avoid it like the plague. we have been using Quickbooks for operations for 10 years and it has been nothing but issues.
  • Please add the Class field back to QB Online IOS App.

    Please add the Class field back to QB Online IOS App. The Class field had been on the old QB Online IOS App from January 2018 to February 2024. The Class field has never been on the QB Online IOS App since Version 24 was released in Feb 2024.
